In August 2023, I had another roof leak, and called Kardelis Roofing again. I told them it was not a big leak, and the weather has been horrible, that they should take care of their clients who had major issues, and get to me when they could.I also had a strange letter from my home insurance company Nationwide that I have been dealing with for 50 years, starting with my car insurance. All of a sudden this letter states I have 3 weeks to show my roof is good or they might drop my home insurance. If I had received this letter as a text or email it would have hone in the Spam folder, but it was real.On September 7th, Kardelis fixed my roof, in a few hours and included a document to Nationwide on their letterhead, that stated my roof was good, at no extra charge. I have never felt more relieved after seeing that document.Kardelis Roofing will be the only roofing company that I will ever use.

I would have given a 5 star rating, however I have some exposed wood on the side of my roof that was never covered after requesting to have the exposed wood covered.. I was told that they would Come back in a few weeks. it has been almost a year...wood is still exposed to the elements.I only decided to go with this company because they did not require a down payment however I wish I would have went with another company that would have Not only repair or install a roof but But would have included the price of that covering in there estimate.Service: Roof installation

Were very responsive and helpful when we had a small roof leak. Actually responded to contact when other places would not even respond back. They did excellent repair job and would highly recommend them. Reasonably priced and quick service.

What I thought was a small leak above my back bedroom, turned out to be much more. Shingles loose and hole into my house and flashing loose and a real messed up chimney, needing a whole lot of cement work. In the middle of winter, they took care of these isues when it was still warm enough to do it.I called on Friday. They gave me an estimate on Monday and the work was done on Tuesday. I got before and after pictures. They did good work.The two young men came with smiles on their faces and 5 or 6 hours later they left still smiling.I'm happy I found Kardelis Roofing.Service: Roof repair

We had our roof replaced and it is a large roof with a number of gables and our roof was completed in one day! When we made contact, we were called back immediately and we were given an estimate when it might be completed and this company followed through. OUTSTANDING!Service: Roof installation

Always fast to respond when I have reached out. They show up on time and get the job done in a timely manner. The job site was cleaned up once they were finished.
