Andy did an amazing job. I only have two issues he took down the towel hangers and did not reinstall them to the opposite side of the shower. Also, not sure if you worked all the budgeted hours and I think that I may have been overcharged. I was going to wait till Monday to call, but please understand he did an outstanding job. I will use you again. I do have more things to do I think going on with contractors it's always a tweaking with every project you did well I'm gonna speak very highly of you. I will call on Monday to discuss the cost because he was gone on Friday by 1030 and he arrived at 8:30 and I do believe more time is budgeted. The photo show where the towel hangers were and the screws are still in the wall and then the opposite side of the shower where it should've been installed something could've been lost on the work order it's not a big deal. I will call on Monday. He did a great job outstanding job, and you guys should give them a raise.

I needed a stout shelf built in the garage. Vinny and Jimmy arrived on time, worked quickly, cleaned the mess and replaced the pellets when they were done. The shelf was professionally done and secured to the walls and floor. It could probably hold up a car! I will be using Mr. Handyman again.

We contacted Mr. Handyman to remove an old rotting wooden mailbox and install a new aluminum one. Dave Trump was the installer assigned to our home, and we couldn't be happier. He was quick, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was level and secure. This is a huge upgrade for our curb appeal (the photos speak for themselves). This company really stick to their words that “no job too large or too small.” We are most grateful to Michelle and Cris Potter for accepting what others may think is small and not worth their time but this company went above and beyond. We were having a hard time finding someone to fix a piece of wall siding that came off during the recent thunderstorm. It is an urgent need because not only on being a hazard on us but to our neighbors as well. Most companies I spoke with would like to come after 3 weeks and would like to charge us unreasonably high no matter how small the work would be. Some companies would like to change all the sidings instead of “just fixing a small piece” for them to come. Again, we highly appreciate your prompt service and will definitely call your company for future needs.

David, the Mr. Handyman serviceman, arrived on time and and was happy to see everything I stated I wanted done. I thought much of the work would be expensive but he was able to recommend simple solutions. My main item was to install a storm front door, which required a build out since the door would not fit in the existing frame. He measured everything and was thorough in the plan to install the door. I was amazed at the quality of his work and his professionalism. He completely cleanup up afterwards. At no time did he try to upsell me on unnecessary work. The final cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Mr. Handyman and would try to get David if I have additional projects.

Here's a business that actually makes customer satisfaction a priority through actions and not just lip service!I had initially reached out to Mr. Handyman of Easton, Beth, etc through their website and they were very responsive from the beginning and through the entire process. I hired them for a few small jobs around the house and a bigger project of removing an old shed outside. I got to experience their work and service across 2 days and a few different techs. While it wasn't smooth sailing at first this is where they really came through- they truly work very diligently to make the customer happy: Once I pointed out the few things I wasn't completely happy with, they were quick to address the problem areas and set everything straight and were very communicative throughout.The last 2 techs they sent really went above and beyond- I had remembered the gutters needed to be looked at and cleaned that wasn't originally on my list and they had no problem tackling that quickly when I made the request. The tech also noticed a bad patch job on my ceiling that a relative "helped" with that I didn't put on my list, and he fixed it and cleaned that up as well!I highly recommend them to anyone and they'll certainly be the first I call if I need any other repairs and/or upgrades done in and around my home!

Oh, where do I start. I bought my house two years ago as is. Periodically I’m doing renovations. Well now I decided to do my two major projects. Have a warped side door enters my basement and my kitchen area. This is a heavily used with rotted wood underneath. I also have a porch that’s coming down. I could tell it’s rotted inside. I knew it when I bought the house. So I reach out to all contractors. Five altogether. Received one estimate. Unbelievable, right. So I went with it without nothing to compare to. I thought it was a fair price. Let’s do it my side door and my rotted wood and straighten my wall out. Awesome job done in one day. Came and ripped out all my Porch. reframed all my wood and porch to almost exact look, which I wanted. And it doesn’t stop there. Prior to this I asked Home Depot‘s contractor to install my 4000 series storm door. They told me I needed to be home for them to do it. They told me they would not accept my lockbox key that I had to takeoff work and lose time just for them to install a storm door. I told them if I’m taking eight hours off to wait for you I As well install my storm door myself. Mr. Handyman came to the rescue and they actually installed my storm door also great job looks great. Hard work in the middle of cold weather. All cleaned up looking good. I want to thank the workers, Dave and robert. Job well done. Thank you and highly recommend

Jeannine and Michelle in the office know who I am and are able to work with me moment by moment on projects. They’re honest, too—today Jose went out to do a job which we thought would cost $1.3K—that I had agreed to—and I received a bill for less than $500 because less work was needed than was initially thought!For emergency jobs they make themselves available. For scheduled jobs they make sure they get everything done. 100%. Even when they’ve left the site, they are willing to go back if needed.The owner, Lon, is pragmatic and professional. Thank you Joe Sands from Mr. Handyman...We love our new bathroom remodel! You took our 80+ year old bathroom which was last remodeled in the 1980's to 2021 standards. New walls, ceiling, electric, plumbing, tub/shower, toilet, vanity, all the fixtures that go along with it, and down to removing all the packaging material. There was some give and take along the way, but Joe always explained and showed me what was going on. From the moment I met Matt who provided the estimate for my deck to having the work done by Vinny M. I was quite pleased. Vinny was SO thorough and my deck looks almost new (house is over 40 years old). Vinny repaired my deck. He went above and beyond to make it sturdy and something that would last a long time. He was very polite and kept us updated on the progress as he found more trouble under the deck after ripping up the boards than was expected. My deck had been “spongy”for quite some time and now it is so solid. He also fixed the gate on the deck that was dragging. It swings beautifully now. He did the work as if it was his own place. He stayed late to finish as there was extra work to be done. My husband said that Vinny did the job the way we would have done it if we could have done it ourselves.Jeannie in the office got us on the schedule very quickly and was so polite.Next repair job, we’ll be asking for these two again!
