Love, love, love this company. The whole experience from start to finish was great. In a time where quotes would go unanswered, phone calls not returned, supplies not met, whatever else fell under these "covid" times, I had ZERO problems with Todd Miller. They replaced my siding on the entire back of my house, installed all new gutters, replaced front windows, and installed new shutters. And through it all, Kim kept in close contact with me and made sure everything was running smoothly. You can bet when my roof needs to be replaced in the next 5 years I'm going to be calling them. Team arrived bright and early to begin Roof replacement. They worked from 7am through 1pm non-stop and also took my last minute request to install new covered gutters and downspouts. The price was very reasonable. They cleaned up everything at the end. I haven’t had one issue with the roof. No leaking, no shingles falling off (we had some heavy rains and winds since install). Install was over 2 months ago. I would recommend Todd Miller’s company to anyone. Btw, they are all super sweet and professional!

Waited for early spring due to the weather. during the wait Todd came to look and prepare estimate for new roof . Price was very good. Kim stopped over with contract and breakdown of materials . Both were very professional. Crew was prompt at 7:am covering shrubs and landscape .crew was on a mission, work hard ,polite and took pride in there work. late afternoon there was a beautiful roof ,also condition was windy and property was cleaned up including landscape. I don't know where all these good reviews come from. I choose Todd Miller because of all these good reviews, but was very disappointed. Got a brand new roof installed by Todd Miller and the roof start leaking the week after. I call them and they come fit it once and also give me 5 years workmanship warranty. The roof starts leaking again a month after and I call them again, but they won't pick up or return my call.

I called for a new roof and gutter estimate based on good reviews. The secretary said owner Todd would call me and would be in my area within the week. A week and a half went by with no call. I called back and left a message. The call was returned by the secretary apologizing and said owner had been sick and would be getting to my area that week and would call me. Never heard from him. It's been a month since my first call. If a contractor does not want the job, I wish they would just say so. I guess ghosting customers for unwanted jobs has become acceptable. I find it unprofessional.

Todd and his sister Kim are very nice and professional people. Kim will go through step by step details what to expect prior to the install. The day of the install is some what amazing from tarping the perimeter of the house to removal of old shingles and installing new shingles to final cleanup. Everything is done precise and quick. I can’t believe these positive reviews are real. I had a horrible experience with this company. The guy that “spoke” for Todd, Eric D kept wanting me to pay cash. The kitchen I paid thousands for is not done right. The bathroom tiles were never properly installed. Eric D always made sure he intercepted any attempts to reach a Todd Miller. He tried to blame me when the flooring in my kitchen showed it was improperly installed. My daughter was there to witness his interaction. They “fixed” the kitchen flooring but never came back to fix the bathroom bad grouting work. Maybe it’s not fair to dis the company because of one man, but the boss should be providing oversight.
