Kevin is a professional. He has been my contactor for my rentals and my Mom's house for over a decade. He and his son are excellent. Dead honest. He provides accurate quotes for the job at hand and is very reasonable. I started to call Kevin a few years after we met and when he completed Dr. Mays remodel. Magazine quality work. Stunningly beautiful.

Purchased a home that had knob and tube had four contractors out of the house. All came in at around 11,000 to 11,700 Kevin shows up tells me 12,000 writes nothing up tells me it will take three weeks. He completed in three weeks like a professional to the day, which she started Told me 12,000 then it became 12,700 I agreed to pay because I was pleased that he got the work done and it was fast then turned around and goes oh no I make a mistake it’s $16,200 I would’ve never hired him if he had disclosed prices don’t do business with this guy. He’s a real shyster.
