After a Hail storm that damaged our roof and siding, Raw Exteriors not only diagnosed and documented the damage but also guided us through the claim process.Brett and Chris sat down with us to discuss the estimate and listened to our desires and concerns and what our expectations were.Once the claim was approved and details were finalized we were very pleased that they were able to begin and finish the project in a timely manner despite a few very cold days.Shawn, the Project Manager, was exceptional to work with and thorough and attentive answering our questions and concerns making sure we were 100% satisfied.The crew was hardworking, pleasant, unobtrusive and did an excellent and meticulous job on our roof and siding. If you’re in the market for any roof work, RAW Exteriors is the place to go!I had some roof damage that needed to be fixed ASAP since it was allowing water to leak into my home. I reached out to RAW and they came out right away to help me.Needing a new roof is never fun but Joe, Chris, and Brett made it absolutely painless. They came out and met with my insurance adjuster to help explain the damage since I’m not a roof expert and helped me make an informed decision when it came time to pick my shingles.Once everything was good to go on my end, they came out and put the new roof on immediately. They took extra care around the landscaping that encircles my house, which was great. The best part is my new roof looks amazing!These guys are the real deal!

We hired Raw Exteriors to replace the aging roof on our home and garage. Estimator was timely and professional. He paid attention to our needs. Work was scheduled quickly.What we were most impressed with was the speed and professionalism of their crew. Workers showed up early and went to great lengths to blanket the area around my home to protect from debris. They worked efficiently and with minimal disruption to my routine. The roofs were finished within a single day and the crew was very contentious in their clean up. Brett and Joe stopped to provide a free check for roof damage from a recent hail storm. I mentioned we did have a small leak. They checked the roof found where the leak was and said the rest of the roof wasn’t damaged.They agreed to come back the next day to fix the leak. Great service! I did a review on their website but I had such a great experience that I wanted to put one on here also. Anthony was so wonderful to do business with. He made sure we were 100% satisfied and he went above and beyond and worked so hard for us. He was very patient and kind (since I had such a hard time choosing a roof and siding color). Rich, who did our siding and gutters was absolutely amazing. He also went above and beyond and was so thorough. He always kept us updated on how things were going or if he found anything wrong. They were also very helpful and informed us on why certain areas were leaking and how prevent things from happening. I am more than satisfied with everything and the wonderful work Rich and his crew did and Anthony and all his hard work contacting people and keeping us informed and making sure we were satisfied. I loved those guys and I would do business with RAW EXTERIORS again. Everything looks amazing. The photos I provided, we still didn't get the front door done or the garage painted or the shutters back on (we have been so busy so we still have to paint them so we didn't/couldn't have the guys put them back on) which Anthony was so sweet and said they would stop by to put them back on for us when we were ready. Run the other way from this company unless you want to pay 50% more than what the competive rate is for doing your work. I got quoted a price of $11,500 on 17 Square roof, when the three other bids I got were between $7,000 and $8,000 dollars. Their prices are crazy and way above the competitors rates.

We got a new roof at Harvest Fellowship church in Stevens, PA and couldn't be happier!We joked about having a hail storm come through and damage our roof so we could qualify for a new roof. It was pretty bad and we had some leaks we patched ourselves. Then out of the blue we get a business card and flyer from R&W Exteriors on the door stating that they saw some storm damage to the roof. Long story short, they worked with our insurance company and we got a new roof with two new skylights! We couldn't be more happy! Their team came out when they said and finished in a very short time. I could tell that they put a lot of pride in there work because it shows. They may move fast, but they didn't cut any corners. The salesman came over and didn't give an excessive amount of information, was very straight forward. The roof took a day and a half and the contractor they brought in for the gutters did a fantastic job. The owners stop in personally to make sure everything is going smoothly. Anthony with R&W was very professional and thorough with the inspection. He was very kind and always returned calls in a timely matter. He was up front with pricing and helped us pick our roof color to match the siding. He treated us with respect and professionalism. Treated us like everyone should be treated. He handled everything with the insurance company and actually got them to pay for a whole new roof and all new siding for our home. This was after he got them to approve a re inspection, which found more damage than initially claimed. The workers that did the work were very thorough and punctual as well. Would recommend highly if looking to have exterior work done to your home or business.

I had an insurance claim, for my roof. The insurance company was not very easy to work with. Anthony spent quite a bit of time working with the insurance co., and got the claim approved. R&W did an outstanding job on the roof. They finished it is one day. After noticing shingles missing on my 30 year old roof, I contacted R&W because they are a local business. Anthony responded same day and inspected our roof at which time he recommended contacting our insurance due to obvious hail damage to shingles. We filed a claim and R&W worked with insurance company. Work was started within a few weeks and workers completed project in about two days (rain delay interrupted). Cost was reasonable and competitive, workers were professional and efficient and cleanup was excellent. We were quite pleased with the end result and I would recommend R&W Exteriors to anyone facing roof replacement.

Our experience working with R&W Exteriors was phenomenal. Anthony walked us through every step of the way, from the 1st roof inspection, to dealing with our insurance company, and then final install options. He was always very professional and friendly. We could always reach out to him with questions and get a prompt reply. When it was finally time for the install Shawn and his crew did a fantastic job. Everyone was very polite, friendly, and conscientious – heck, they even took the extra 2 minutes to move a few of our plants out of the way so they wouldn’t get ruined. Shawn kept in touch during the install to ensure everything was going to our expectations. They even did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Overall our experience with R&W was a 10 out of 10 and we would highly recommend them to everyone.
