AGR Roofing Experts worked fast and got it done quickly for a reasonable price when we were in panic mode because of water coming into our home after a big storm. Excellent communications and attention to details from the guys in charge, and a very good experience with the crew doing the work on site, who labored from dawn to dusk to get the job done. A few of our neighbors inquired, and I recommended these folks to all of them.

I had several leaks in my roof and contacted Mike, the owner of AGR. He quickly gave me a proposal to replace my roof. While replacing the roof, his team pointed out several deteriorating pieces of plywood. They were quick to repair and replace my entire roof. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product.

My wife and I had been dealing with a leak for 8 or 9 years where the shingle roof connected with a flat roof. Talked with Mike and he came out to take a look within a few days. He came up with a solution very quickly and it sounded like it would solve our problem. They installed a brand new roof and also built the shingle roof out over where the connection to the flat roof was so water wouldn't even touch where the two met. Over a month later with multiple rains and not a drop inside. Extremely happy with the design and the result. Customer service is also great. During the install a piece of siding was damaged (accidents happen), advised Mike and it was replaced without hesitation.Also, the price quoted at the beginning was the price at the end, no extra costs. My husband and I were in a jam during a rain storm where we had water leaking through our walls. We knew we had an issue with our roof. AGR came highly recommended to me from a friend. I called and got right through and someone was at my house that day to look at the roof. They were able to fix and repair the issue but also very honestly advised that the roof needed to be replaced. They walked me through what they did and what they saw and what was going to happen down the road if we didn't replace the roof. I felt very comfortable with my decision to replace the roof and they were very honest and took the time to explain everything to me. Mike and his team were so unbelievably professional and had amazing communication. We knew every step what was going on and what the plan was. They had our roof completed in 2 days and when they left, I feel like my yard was cleaner than when they got there, haha. Mike suggested a great shingle and the color made our house look like a new house! He came back 4/28/23 and replaced the gutters and downspouts, providing progress pictures as he went. The price was exactly as represented. He cleaned up the leaf debris. Tom is great. Straightforward, informative, did all the work I needed, no up-selling. He looked at my house on Google Street View and was able to quote a gutter cleaning on the phone immediately. He knew that there would need to be some gutter rehanging and sealing (when isn't there? I live in a 100 year old pile of bricks!) and just included it in the price. He told me when he was going to show up, was on time and texted me a few mins ahead to remind me. He took before and after pictures and texted them to me while he worked so I don't have to klutz my way up a ladder to check the work.Last time we had the gutters cleaned we had a cheaper company do it and, let me tell you, there was a lot of hassle and it was a waste of money. Call Tom. Perfect.

Gutters are usually a household repair that you can be safe to use the lowest estimate. Mike provided me with an estimate much lower than the other companies. Issues I had with the installations were addressed appropriately and Mike worked with me to make the situation a beneficial one. You could feel safe in using this company. Not your typical contractors. The entire team at anything gutters and roofing are beyond professional. If i could describe their work in just 3 words it would be professional, diligent, and proactive. Mike the owner is always available, his knowledge of roofing and gutters really helped me out when I wasn’t sure of which option to choose.
