After interviewing with four companies, we chose Big Fish to replace our roof. They did a great job from the beginning to the end. When they came to our house, they meticulously inspected the roof and attic, carefully measured the skylights, made a solid plan for ventilation improvements, and their estimate itemized all the work to be done - the price was reasonable and there was no surprise at the end. They scheduled the installation day within two weeks. 10 people came for the work, and all is done in one day at 5pm, including all the prep work, installation, and cleaning up. There was a project manager available to organize the work and answer our questions and update us with the progress and pictures. I definitely recommend them, as they are professional and easy to work with, and for their quality work and materials.

I mean, what can I say? From beginning to end this experience was incredible. When we requested a quote they responded within an hour. And get this: they showed up everyday they said they were exactly when they said they were. The consultation was one of the most professional I’ve ever had and the price was reasonable and comparable to other companies. Then install day came and the crew was punctual as I said, and very efficient and professional. They got my roof done in less than a day and it looks gorgeous!!! They also did a very good job cleaning up after they were done. The gutters and downspouts were done two days later and once again, the crew was on time, professional, and did amazing work. And I didn’t even mention the lady that set our appointment over the phone, stellar experience. If you’re looking for a roofing company that truly delivers unbeatable customer service look no further than the team at Big Fish. I am so happy with my roof and gutters! The curb appeal of my home is so much higher now because their work looks so damn good!!! 10’s across the board!!! They’re my go to for any roofing needs, I want to install solar eventually and they’re my first choice for that for sure.

The crew at Big Fish was amazing! Hard working installers with excellent project managers. Can’t say enough good things about this very professional company. From the very beginning they responded quickly and accurately. Harry was very helpful in explaining what was wrong with our old roof. He identified the problemright away and had the absolute correct recommendations on how to proceed. Harry was very helpful and knowledgeable. The on site program manager, Parker, was the absolute best! He made sure we were aware of the progress throughout the project and responded quickly on every question. No wonder Big Fish is rated so high. They earn it! Truly amazed by how quickly they did our large roof. Those guys worked so hard! They were done in just one day! Very comforting knowing we have a very long warranty and will never have to worry about leaks again. Thank you Big Fish!!!

The team arrived exactly on time. They wasted not a minute getting to work and preparing my house to have the roof ripped off. They protected my garden beds and my French doors from harm. They worked very efficiently and professionally, and did not stop all day long. My roof was totally replaced including new flashing And a new skylight within one day. They did a superb job cleaning up as they went and my yard look like there was a roofing contractor here all day. This was a wonderful team to work with and I greatly appreciate Parker as the project manager as he kept me up-to-date on everything that was going on.

My fiancé and I recently bought a house that needed a new roof. Big Fish was easy to work with from the beginning. Edit: I just wanted to add that Richard Boehm at Big Fish is such a great guy to work with. My husband had some questions after the job was completed. Rich came right over and answered any questions that he had. He is always very nice and helpful and he answers any questions that we have.We had to get a new roof and Big Fish gave us a reasonable quote so we decided to go with them. We had positive interactions with them before (they did our gutters) but not for roof projects. My husband and I are so glad that we went with them! We were able to easily schedule with them. They came on time the day of and the project manager was really good about communicating the whole day. He continuously checked in with us, giving us updates. The team was really efficient and they finished installing the roof in one day. Afterwards, they did a great job cleaning up and our roof looked great! Highly recommend this company.

Priced on the higher end but the work was first rate and what you expect from a company who represents themselves as a quality, first rate, professional contractor. A project manager was on site during the whole project and kept me abreast of the job progress and any problems of which there were none. The work was impeccable if I must say.

We contacted with Big Fish Roofing to install soffit and fascia over top of existing wooden soffit and fascia. Big Fish quickly responded and provided an estimate within a few days. The work was scheduled within a week of signing the contract. We added an additional project and the additional work was completed with the original project. The workers did a great job with the installation and left the area clean and free of debris when finished.

Big Fish - A Nightmare ExperienceWhere do I even begin? My encounter with Big Fish Roofing was nothing short of a disaster from start to finish. If you're in the market for a roofing company that specializes in incompetence, look no further.Firstly, their communication is abysmal. It's like trying to get blood from a stone. You'd have better luck communicating with a brick wall. Trying to schedule an appointment with them was akin to pulling teeth. When they finally did show up, they were late and unapologetic, as if my time meant nothing to them.Now, onto the actual work. I hired them to replace my roof, a decision I now deeply regret. The job they did was shoddy at best. I might as well have let a troop of monkeys loose with a box of nails. Not only did they leave debris strewn all over my yard, but they also managed to damage my gutters in the process. And as for the roof itself? Let's just say I've had better luck keeping the rain out with a sieve.But wait, it gets better (or worse, depending on your perspective). When I tried to voice my concerns to them, they were dismissive and downright rude. It's as if they took pride in their incompetence. They refused to take responsibility for the mess they made, instead opting to blame everything on "unforeseen circumstances" and "unpredictable weather conditions." Please, spare me the excuses.To add insult to injury, their prices were exorbitant. I could have hired a team of highly trained professionals for what they charged me, but instead, I got stuck with a bunch of amateurs who couldn't tell a shingle from a sandwich.In conclusion, save yourself the headache and steer clear of Big Fish Roofing, Siding, Gutters, and Solar. Unless, of course, you enjoy throwing your hard-earned money into a black hole of incompetence. In that case, knock yourself out. But don't say I didn't warn you.

We needed siding repair due to reflective windows melting a large section of vinyl siding. I called Big Fish because of their stellar reviews. Rich came out the next morning. He measured everything and made a list of everything that would be needed to complete the job. He was very knowledgable and nice. Within 2 days we had a great estimate and were put on the list for completion of the project. We were updated for a couple weeks as the materials were ordered and delivered. The following week Erin and Parker arrived and completed the job. Outstanding work and very professional and done in a timely manner. Dont waste your time searching for a contractor. Just call Big Fish. You wont be sorry.

This was the most amazing company that I have ever had work on my house. The entire process from the first phone call to the end of the roofing job was top notch customer service. The entire team worked to ensure that we were completely satisfied with the end result. When you call them they call back almost immediately. The entire time they are working on your home they send pictures of the job as the work is being completed. There prices are resonable the work and material is quality. I would highly recommend this company and if I ever needed anything else done that they do I would call them without hesitation. When they are completed with a job the clean up is pristine!

2024 update:I had the entire roof replaced and Big Fish did a fantastic job. The customer service and communication is exceptional. Parker, the project manager always kept me updated on the progress of the job throughout each day. They take a ton of pictures during the project so you know what was done. I am so happy with the results. I love them, but I do hope I don’t need them again anytime soon! HahaThey replaced the flashing around my chimney and repaired the surrounding wood and shingles on my roof. The communication with the company was outstanding and everyone involved was professional and efficient. They took a ton of photos before, during, and after the job to show us exactly what they did, even with labeling, which was helpful.The two gentlemen did a great job and were respectful of the property, not damaging any of the surrounding plants and cleaning up the site before leaving.

Everyone involved with our project was kind, forthcoming and upfront with the cost and scope of our roof replacement. Everything from the consultation, planning, and execution of the project was handled professionally and efficiently. Even after removal of the old shingles uncovered additional obstacles that needed to be overcome. 10/10 would recommend!

I can't recommend Big Fish Roofing enough. I've never had to replace a roof before, so I was really intimidated by the process. The team was super nice and informative. They were able to accommodate my aging roof right before the winter weather set in. Installation happened to be during a time when I was out of town, but that wasn't an issue at all. The team sent photos and kept me updated through text messages the entire time. 5/5 stars!
