I’ll start off with why we chose Buccos roofing. From the start their sales team was very informative giving a presentation and view of your house via a drone expressing any concerns that arise. Their quote also came in reasonable compared to competitors.The scheduling for the install happened quickly and we were kept up to date on when a trailer would be dropped off and when the work would begin.The install happened in 1 whole day. It was impressive to get live update pictures of the entire process as well as additional areas that needed to be tended to. Cody, the project manager kept me up to date all day and was easy to communicate with.The cleanup, I saw very few nails in my yard and there were no materials left behind. Cody did over a dozen laps around my house trying to pick up every nail.The roof and gutter install looked incredible when finished leaving us very satisfied.Our final invoice was sent to us a few days after the completion and there were no surprises. Overall my wife and I are very satisfied with Buccos roofing and their team. We will continue to recommend their services to others we know.

I was happy with Bucco’s from the first phone call I made to them. Kathy (?) was very friendly, helpful and great to talk to. Chris Wilcox, from sales came out and we talked and he answered any and all questions that I had. He was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. I decided to go with them mainly because of the itemized estimate they provide detailing everything they will do with pricing. Cody Brown, project manager, was also very nice and professional keeping us updated previous to the start of the work. I also liked how pictures were taken while they worked giving us progress reports. The workers arrived at 7 am as scheduled and worked for 12 hours with a break for lunch and finished up at 7 pm. They were awesome- hard workers and very courteous. You would never have known they were here after their meticulous cleanup. If you are in the market for a new roof, I highly recommend Bucco’s. They did a professional and beautiful job for us and we are extremely happy! ❤️

I hired Buccos Roofing for a vinyl siding project that was completed yesterday. The house looks amazing! I can't say enough great things about this company. We recently had a new roof and gutters installed by Buccos Roofing. I can't be any happier from start to finish. Beginning with the sales representative, Chris who did an amazing job explaining the materials they use and what we needed. Our project manager, Domenic, was fantastic! Our home inspector recommended Buccos as a company that he'd seen nice work done by during inspections. So we hired them to replace the roof on our 2 car detached garage. Their quote was very reasonable and even in November they were able to get us scheduled just a few weeks out.Chris D was our Project Manager and was fantastic. I've run large chemical engineering projects and I'm not sure that any PM has ever been so informative, personable, and pleasant to work with.Highly recommend Buccos for inspection and roofing needs.

Buccos was easy to work with! I particularly appreciated the company’s response when I contacted them about a small leak that revealed itself nearly a year after installation.Dominick and his colleague came right over, inspected carefully, found the problem, and fixed it. Then he came back inside and told me exactly what had happened, and acknowledged immediately that it was a small installation issue with a nail in a shingle. He told me what to watch for, to make sure that the problem is completely resolved now, and he said that once we know for sure that it’s all good, Buccos will come back to do any patching/painting that’s necessary on the ceiling where the leak occurred.What more could a customer possibly ask for? I’m impressed, and appreciative.

We obtained bids from 4 roofing companies. In the end, we chose Buccos Roofing in Bethel Park, PA as the roofing company we felt could best meet our needs. We were kept informed about the process all along the way by Buccos and the project manager. Within one month of signing the contract, the roof was completed. The crew was very efficient and worked hard to remove the old shingles and complete the roof. The progress was checked regularly by the project manager to assure all was going according to plan; and he also kept us informed by texting pictures of the progress. The final cleanup was very thorough.

I initially had Buccos out to replace gutters and add some soffit and fascia covers. Their estimate was by far the best I got. In the middle of the job, the crew discovered some unexpected roof damage that required some repair work and a section of rubber roof to be replaced. Cody, the project manager, was excellent at keeping me informed and explaining my options to me. He put together an estimate for the additional work quickly and had the materials ready to go for the crew to install the next day. They set up a picture site and Cody kept it updated with pics of the work in progress, which was really nice. The crew worked so hard and everyone was professional and communicative. I highly recommend Buccos for your next roofing project!

I would highly recommend Bucco’s Roofing for many reasons. From the first phone call to the office, to the cleanup when the job was done, everyone was professional and very pleasant to deal with. Chris Wilcox, the salesperson, was great. Very personable and informative. I liked the itemized contract too. Next, Dominic, the project manager, was very responsive whenever I had a question or a concern. He texted/called often in the process to let me know where we stood, since the weather was not cooperating with the schedule! He kept me up-to-date with drone pictures as the project progressed. And when the workers were done, Dom looked very carefully to make sure that everything had been cleaned up properly. I can’t say enough about the whole Bucco’s team!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Buccos! They gave us a quote faster than other roofing companies and they were the only company to find hail damage, which allowed the insurance to cover it. The insurance company used Buccos photos of our roof and because they documented the damage so well, the insurance covered it. Even if there wasn't hail damage, I still would have chosen Buccos because their price was the best and the quality of work was amazing. Buccos also communicated frequently with my insurance company so I didn't have to. They are extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of insurance companies. When we got a leak in our roof on NYE and had to start getting estimates for roof repair, I wasn't excited about the process at all. I had known it was coming so I'd been passively collecting some information but was hoping it could wait a few more years. By happenstance, I only ended up having Buccos in the mix, because our next door neighbor’s brother-in-law mentioned them one evening a few months back over drinks that they had done their home and they’d been extremely pleased, and I’d remembered it, so I checked them out online, liked what I saw, and added them to the call list. That said, I lined up my appointments and Buccos happened to be the first one… and they REALLY set the bar HIGH! Sam and Marshall showed up on-time and not only was the presentation top-notch, but their inspection of both our roof and our attic was thorough, and their recommendations (as well as options) were really well-thought out and wide-ranging. It gave both me and my husband a lot to think about – things we knew about, as well as a lot of items we hadn’t even considered – which showed me that they knew what they were talking about. I also felt zero pressure while they were here at the house; it was a very casual conversation and felt like we’d been friends for a long time. It’s hard to explain, but they really carry themselves with both a professionalism, as well as a casual confidence that makes them feel like you’ve known them forever.When they left, I was almost 100% certain I wanted these guys to do the work on our home. But for whatever reason, for the past year or so, I’d had my eye on a different company, so I wanted to see the other two companies I’d lined up for estimates and inspections. One came that afternoon, and the final one (the one that I’d been hopeful of) came the next afternoon. Neither of them came close to measuring up in their confidence, their presentation, how thorough they could/should have been in their evaluation and inspection, and none of their estimates offered nearly the options that I was given with Buccos. I’m actually grateful that Sam and Marshall were my first appointment, because they were able to give me so much knowledge and information to go into my second and third appointments with that I kept to myself, actually hoping that these other reps would offer me but didn’t.We’ve also decided to cut out our box gutters and replace them with new aluminum gutters, so we have a big project ahead of us. Buccos assigns a Project Manager specifically to you and your home in order to make sure everything is running to plan from coordinating material and dumpster drop-off to obtaining permits and clean-up. This is great, because my husband and I both work from home and don’t have the time to be doing any of this, so I’m grateful to have someone overseeing these administrative items. We’re just in the beginning stage(s) of everything, and the supplies are now on-order, but I can’t wait to get started, and as things progress, I’ll post some photos and updates. Full transparency: I will say that Buccos was not the MOST-expensive, nor was it the LEAST-expensive of my options, but I know that what I’m getting is going to be the BEST option.

I am very pleased with the work Buccos Roofing did on my home. Buccos replaced the siding/shutters/gutters on both my house and detached garage, rebuilt the garage porch, installed versetta stone on the garage and repaired the front porch cement slab. They finished several days ahead of schedule despite losing two days to rain. At all times they were professional and kept me informed of progress. They cleaned the site daily and did a good final cleanup of debris. I highly recommend this contractor.

Buccos has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process! Back in October 2023, I was worried my roof needed replacement (it looked really worn). It was installed less than 10 years by a previous owner, and my heart sank when I heard the news. (As a new homeowner, we didn't expect this cost). David carefully explained the condition and answered my bazillion questions so kindly. As a young female, this level of respect is so invaluable. We put a hold on moving forward with a new roof due to other major house problems, but a new roof was definitely in our radar. Fast forward to February 2024, I decided to get a second opinion through a roof inspection and indeed everything matched what David had said about the condition. (In fact, the roof was suspected to be 20 years old and it wasn't installed entirely properly...) We received a second quote and Buccos's quote was a lot more competitive. Unexpectedly soon later, a stack of about 20 to 30 shingles fell and thankfully Buccos came to our rescue.The reason we went to Buccos was primarily because of how welcoming, attentive, and patient David was with me during the entire process. Yes, Buccos's price was very competitive without losing quality, craftsmanship and 10 year warranty. However, when our shingles fell, we went to the person we trusted. Within a few days, they were able to come and install a tarp since a new roof wouldn't be ready till another month.The whole installation process was also straightforward. We did learn that the entire wood below the underlayment had rotted or had major gaps. (It likely was the original wood at 120 years old!) Ryan who was the project manager showed us drone photos online and it was neat to see the whole process. We could see from the photos how bad our wood was and why we needed entirely new sheets. Yes, price was more expensive but it explained why shingles were barely holding on to our relatively "young" roof. Our neighbor changed theirs after 29 years and both of ours were architectural shingles. With poor wood below and improper installation, it is no wonder our roof couldn't last long. It was beyond repair. (We also later learned that previous owners had been flippers so they likely went with the cheapest quote).Overall, we are so incredibly grateful to Buccos and their team. Our roof looks so good that it looked like it was photoshopped! What a drastic difference! (I want to share photos but for privacy, I am not including them).Also, for your consideration to note, the workers installing the roof are sub contractors. They are very well trained and have been with the company for many years. Because they are sub contractors, there is a savings to the client. Other roof companies have employees that get paid no matter the season, and their prices can likely be more expensive. Just something to consider if this is important to you. Also, Buccos quote had a price for every line item and not just a total like other companies. Lastly, this review is just for the roof and not gutters as I heard mixed reviews for that.Overall, thank you Buccos!

From the initial quote through many design ideas and changes to the actual construction, the team was great to work with. Our Sales rep, Matt, was patient and knowledgeable. The job foreman, Manny, was exceptional and great to work with. The work crew was terrific as well. They worked hard, were considerate of our property, and easy to communicate with. The whole process was a good experience and we strongly recommend them. They went above and beyond in all aspects of the job. They did the entire exterior from the inside out.
