It is not my wish to harm any person or business, but I hope this review saves others from the frustration I have experienced. On a June1, 2021, I contracted with Chris to replace the gutters on my home and install new fascia and soffits. I gave him a deposit of $2,421.00. Work was to begin in July. At the end of July I contacted Chris, and he said that the work was pushed back to early September. I continued to contact him— he never contacted me with updates. When work finally began in November, Chris informed me that the 5-inch gutters were not available due to supply issues, but we could get 6 inch at an additional cost of $450.00. Although I questioned why the 5 inch weren’t ordered and purchased in June with my deposit, I felt there was no other option but to proceed. Chris did not work consistently on my home; some days no one came. When finallyfinished, everything looked fine and I was glad the experience was over. In March of 2022, just four months after installation, I noticed the gutters were pulling away from the house. I contacted Chris and he said he would be out to see the problem. He never showed or called. I have been repeatedly contacting him for the last SIX MONTHS, and despite several promises to come, he hasn’t. Now he isn’t returning my texts and his voice mailbox is full. It’s a shame because, despite his irresponsibility, he seemed like a nice guy. I have texts and documents to verify that everything I have posted is true.

I called Chris less than 2 hours ago and he came to my house and fixed what I needed right away! He was incredibly professional and kind. I look forward to working with him in the future.
