We wanted a new patio and to have it covered, as the afternoon sun beats down on us in the summer. We shopped around and Deily Contractors offered a fair price for what we wanted. They worked with us on design, listening to what we envisioned, then worked with us to make that vision come to life. We couldn't be happier with the result. Deily Contractors did an excellent job ordering and installing an egress window for my house in Bethlehem. Jen communicated throughout the process and the window passed city inspection easily. Our family had a nightmarish experience of sewage damage in our finished basement last August of 2019. Our search for a contractor we could trust and that had the vision of redoing our basement to what we wanted wasn’t easy. We wanted a design that would make our basement an extension of our home and not just a basement. We were at wit’s end until a friend showed us pictures of an unfortunate insurance claim at her house and how beautiful everything turned out. She had Deily Contractors perform the work.Tim Deily was the 1st to come out and assess the situation. I told him what I wanted and he was genuinely excited with the opportunity and I knew right away he had a vision. We were excited to have found a contractor that was listening and had the vision to make our basement an extension of our home.Deily contractors was the best decision for making our basement complete. The work started during the allowed time of the COVID Pandemic which made everything a little more challenging, but the process was so surreal. Tim & Zack Deily along with their crew were completely professional. Their vision and attention to detail were well worth every cent. Our basement is truly a place our entire family uses daily. It’s functional and doesn't feel like a basement. It's like being in a new home or on a beautiful vacation.Thank you, Deily Contractors for seeing our vision and making it happen. It was a big project but the right contractors were chosen for the job. Deily may not have been the least expensive option, but in the long run, it becomes pennies and the results speak for themselves. They did not cut corners and we had a coherent plan.
