Not only do they take the time to explain what the problem is and how they plan on repairing it they also took time to listen to my elderly mother who hijacked them while working on my chimney to see and give a estimate on her roof and skylight. Very professional firm to deal with. Jessie did exactly as he described prior to the work and did not try to sell additional service. in fact, I would have to say he did some things above and beyond our agreement. Left the work area cleaner than he found it. He did look after our interests in inspecting and commenting on a few issues that either needed attention immediately or in the future.Very knowledgeable in area of wood fireplaces and chimneys. Would not hesitate to have him back if needed. HIghly recommended for fireplace/chimney or roofing.

I had a very unpleasant experience with Home Shield Pro's. After a hurricane hit my home in August, I found Home Shield Pro's on the internet to repair my home. I paid the first downpayment in on 08/21/2023, the second downpayment on 09/13/2023. I was promised that siding and windows will be installed in October. I didn't hear anything back from Home Shield Pro's until mid-October. Then I was scheduled an installation appointment for 11/06/2023. Home Shield Pro's required me to pay in full at the start of their work!!!! I paid. They worked 1.5 days on my home in November, then disappeared. Then, they came back for 1 day on 12/05/2023 and disappeared again. Now is 12/22/2023 and the repair work is still not complete. Every week I hear from them a promise that next week they will come and complete the work, but when the next week comes, instead of the completing the work I receive a promise that next week they will do it. Since Home Shield Pro's is neither returning me money that I paid them in full for their work, nor completing the work, I'm working on involving lawyers for this case. This is the worst experience I've ever had with home repair!
