After being in business for 13 years at Universal Athletics Fitness Center LLC I never thought to give my roofer a review. I suppose that's because roofing is one of those thankless jobs many of us feel privileged enough not to have to worry about. In 13 years of business operation I can remember 1 roof leak, and that was do to a hurricane passing through and breaking the seal on a drain, under an air-conditioning unit that some plumber installed. As the building began to flood through the bottom of the doors, I called Jim Markou, he assured me that he would take care of it immediately after the storm, and walked me through steps to avoid ensure minimal damage from the roof leak. He also reminded us to let him know about any extra work we have done on the roof, regardless of who does it. I am 100% satisfied with the work and amazing guarantee they offer on their torch down roof! There arent many professionals out there that do random spot checks or take the initiative to call customers to ensure their satisfaction of the work completed more than 10 years after the job was complete. I could always count on Markou roofing to reinforce their guarantee and would get a personal visit and/or a call every 6 months since I opened the Fitness Center. Thank you Jim and staff for your high quality of work and persuit of excellence. Jim and and crew is the best in town. They came when I had a leak last minute and did a amazing job repairing it very fast. It was affordable and I would recommend Markou Roofing to anyone you wont regret it. They are amazing and honest!!!
