We had Masters install a new roof for us. We did get multiple quotes from other companies. While Masters wasn’t the cheapest quote we received we are happy we decided to use them. Our estimator Anthony did a great job explaining the product and the process. The customer care we received helped differentiate them from the rest.They went above and beyond compared to the other companies we had out. They were the only company to do an attic inspection. I was impressed with how thorough they were from the first appointment, the install process, and the clean up. The process was simple and the turnaround time was really fast. We ended up using them for financing since it was comparable to using our own bank. Getting approved only took a few minutes. We are 100% satisfied.

I highly recommend this company for any home improvement projects. They are professionals. They were very down to earth and full of knowledge. He explained everything to my husband and I so we fully understood the process. I had another company come out to give us a quote and Master's Home Solutions quote was more affordable. My cousin referred me to them because they replaced their roof and they did such a good job.

Tony came out and gave us a quote on our siding. We had no intentions on moving forward on the first day and we planned on getting at least 3 quotes. After seeing the quality of product and hearing about the warranty we knew Masters was the company for us. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future .

This is nothing new, but we too had a GREAT experience! From the two gentlemen who gave us all and any information we could possibly need to Christian, Jake and Hector who did our install. The roof looks great and was all done in one day. Clean up was great and they even took a very big satellite dish down that been up there for more than 30 years. My only complaint is that they made big tire ruts in our front year and never came back to fix it.

An absolute disaster from the start. Currently going through better business bureau to report them. They use SILICONE to attach the pipes which leaked and destroyed our ceiling. They refused to take any accountability and refused to discuss anything on the phone, only through texting (absurd). But before this- While installing our shower they demoed through the wall destroying the wall on the other side.... And then did not mention it and left. When called to complain, they sent someone out that had no idea what he was doing, he left in tears. I was confused so went upstairs and found our wall in even worse shape. We ended up hiring someone else to repair the damages. Within 6 months we noticed our ceiling leaking. I asked on multiple occasions to talk to a manager, I did not want them sending a random person out as last time it was a disaster. Manager sent us incredibly unprofessional text messages saying he would not discuss this on the phone with us. Then they stopped responding. Hired again someone else and ceiling ended up having to come down and a leak was found where they attached the bathroom pipe with silicone. Ton of water damage. Sent them pictures and they said since someone else looked at it they again take zero responsibility. Never use this company.

Im not normally a review guy but oh my, this was so awful I had to. 3 days ago my wife and I started talking about a roof because we need one. Then we get a call from Master's and have a one time special offer 50% off installation. Sweet, lets have them come out and give us a quote.Anthony the sales rep shows up knocks on the door. Very nice, explains what hes going to do. Does his thing. Then comes in with the sales pitch slide show. Asked me what I want out of a company. I said someone who cares and someone who appreciates military. As a veteran obviously I am going to want to do business with a company that appreciates veterans and offer a military discount in some sort of fashion. (Which was a 3% discount on the final price.)They spent more time explaining that the guy down the street doing roofing had a different business a year ago than they did my actual roof. Showed me pictures, obviously I know we really need a new roof. Went over how they build a roof and all the warranties. Fantastic. A little to much information. Was at least an hour of death by power point. When it came down to the brass tax, we spent only about 5 to 10 minutes. Quoted 29k. Pretty high but okay if they say they are the best then this is worth it. Anthony proceeded to say a few times "I don't care if you sign this"... Instantly turned off. I just said I want someone who cares.Heres the kicker. I asked for a day. 1 day to discuss this with my wife and go over the finances because its almost $30k! Instantly his attitude changed and wasnt all that nice anymore. Talked down to us. He had to call his boss who also said this is a 1 time offer. Then turns and asks, "if this was 12k offer would you still need time to discuss?" YES!!! are you on drugs? Spending thousands of dollars is not something you do on a whim. I said hey, take your 3% veterans discount and just give me a day to keep the offer to discuss. Nope. Also stipulations started happening with the 50% off installation. Sign in the front yard, 3+ referrals etc. None of that was originally explained to us. Left us with no information about our roof, no numbers for financing which we discussed. Didnt want to run our credit to see what we would be approved for until we signed. We asked multiple times who we would call to try and move forward and was told to call the 1800 number. Eventually left us with a cell phone after we asked who do we talk to on the 1800 number.If a company spends more time bashing other companies than trying to get you a good deal, just run. I don't like big named companies bashing the little guy trying to make a living.

Hands down the most unprofessional and unresponsive people. They did my father's roof and it is STILL leaking. When told they sent a man who walked into his house and started yelling in my dad's face and acted as if he wanted to fight him. When we complained about it then Nick said "oh really? that's not what he said happened" very sarcastically. The customer service is beyond disgusting. These people need to be reported and I have started the process of reporting them. You do not treat senior citizens like that. These are disgusting people that need to be stopped.

We were very Pleased with the experience, we had our entire roof replaced. Glen the salesman who came to our home was experienced with the companies process it went the way he said it would. He also was very kind, polite,funny, made the experience easy to deal with. He droned our roof which was great to see how bad the roof was by our own eyes. The best thing as a home owner is the roof comes with a lifetime warranty and can be transferred to one other owner that is a lot of value for a homeowner Took some time to get financing set up but it went thru without a hitch. The crew showed up bright and early began to work as soon as they got here. The guys were nice. The supervisor was awesome kept me knowing what was going on the hole day. Was so nice about my dogs having to go outside with the crew at my home moved debris just so I could get them out safely, I was very appreciative about that. By the end of the day the crew got poured on by a couple passing thunderstorms but they stayed on that roof til it was done. I'm very happy and thank them all felt so bad seeing the crew get poured on. But now the roof is done on and forward fixing up the rest of the house. I will use these guys again in the future. The roof looks great guys Thank You...

If you want a showboat of a PDF slide presentation to waste your time telling you why theyre the best company to go with while downplaying anyone else whos not at their price point go ahead. I got quoted 35 thousand dollars for a ranch roof which is beyond astronomical. 2 hours for a quote and an extensive presentation of nonsense boasting about their top of the line products. I wouldn't have left a negative review if at the end they didn't act short and arrogant once I told them I was looking for other quotes but they immediately got weird once I told them i wasnt going with an immediate loan through them.

I went to the Home Show this past Friday and spoke with a representative (didn't get his name) and explained the roofing jobs (two small shingle porch roofs) that I needed done. An appointment was scheduled but the appointment was cancelled after I called to confirm. Too small of jobs because I didn't need the flat roof also replaced? I would not recommend this company after I was told they had the "solution" to any difficulty to replace the back porch roof.

I had the siding on my house replaced. They completed the entire job in 2.5 days. They cleaned up after themselves each day. The only break they ever took was for lunch. I am completely satisfied with the job they did. My house looks fantastic. Before and after pics posted below. We have gotten many compliments on it already. Our neighbors were so impressed they asked them to give them a quote on a new roof.

The product and installation are excellent but the sales(Anthony) quoted me 6.25% rate so suddenly it shot up to 9.99% without any notification. I called and was told he or the sales manager would reach out. No such thing. Very annoyed; felt scammed.

Well, for me it has been a nightmare. I have had some issues with the installation of my walk in shower. Every time that I would call about the issues, I was told someone would call me back but never received a call back. I sent pictures of the issues that I had and was told it would be sent to the production team and they would call me back but once again I never received a call back. One issue is with the non-slip coating on the shower base wears away within a few months n has to be recoated again. Also the grab handle was positioned in the wrong spot.It has been 10 months and the issues at had have not been resolved. My personal opinion is that this company operates in an unprofessional way and is unreliable. Would not recommend this company to any friends or family members .

Roofs are not necessarily the kind of thing homeowners like spending money on, but it's so important I wanted to make sure the right company did the job... no cut corners, life-time guarantee, etc. That's why I chose Master's for our log-home restoration, and I was really impressed. We couldn't believe how much impact the new roof had on our curb-side appeal-and all in a single day!These guys know what they're doing, and one of the most important factors that I look for in any business is what their employers think about their own company. It was apparent that they were very loyal to their company. Several commented how Master's is a great company to work for and that they were thankful for the work. To me, that translates to workers who do the job right and leave the customer happy.

I was looking on the internet to see who could install walk-in showers and found Master's Home Solutions. Made an appointment to meet with a Sales Rep at our home. Kyle M. arrived to educate us and walk us through the whole process. We were given a quote with no pressure to agree to anything. The quote was good for 30 days, and we were free to get other quotes. After our meeting with Kyle, we didn't need to look any further. About four weeks later. a crew of three, led by Christian, showed up at 7:30 am. on a Monday morning, and by 1:45 pm. our old bathtub and siding was removed and a beautiful walk-in shower was in its place. We love it, and we are so happy! Kyle even stopped in after the install to see how everything went and to make sure we were satisfied. We would definitely recommend Master's Home Solutions. It's a reputable business with qualified, diligent, and friendly employees.Service: Bathtub replacement

The guarantee is amazing and the workmanship backs it up.They postponed just one day from the scheduled work day due to rain, which is important for roof work. They got the whole roof done in one day and cleaned up all the debris.The roof looks great.

UPDATE: On January 24/22 Master's sent Philip Klinger Painting & Wallpaper to correct the damage. He did a wonderful job and was so professional! We're so thankful this is finally resolved. I will upgrade to 3 stars for connecting us to this resource. It is sad there were simply too many miscommunications on their part for 8 months.I only give them 1 star because "0 stars" is not an option. What started out as a seemingly friendly responsive company has sadly resulted in a situation that has yet to be resolved 6 months later. Our roof needed replacement at the end of May 2021. My husband had to come home from work when I discovered a significant hole in our wall-papered dining room ceiling from someone putting their foot through the drywall. The site manager was not here because they didn't bring enough nails for the job. No one on the crew spoke English well so I needed to call the company for help. They were also replacing significantly more plywood than necessary after directly being told not to. They also needed prompting to replace the baffling to provide airflow under the plywood in one area. A month went by until someone finally came to "repair" the hole in our ceiling. He didn't use drywall or spackling just screwed in a board leaving visible holes and seems around the sides, and glued a piece of our reserved wall paper to the ceiling. We have an email assuring us they would send a specialist so we paid them...big mistake! They have stopped responding, not even to our insurance company. They have their money ( A LOT OF $ )and we are left with a damaged ceiling. Our next step will be small claims court through the local magistrate. Don't risk using Masters. Corey and Anthony did a very great and thorough job on the estimate, making sure they could get the sun tunnels stocked that we wanted installed in time. Giuseppe and team on the day of the install were fantastic. Looking forward to getting our bathroom redone with them in the future.

From the very beginning to the end (the day of my install) I was greeted with very professional, friendly, courteous and humorous staff that answers all my questions and concerns. If someone did not know the answer they made it a point to make sure someone gave me the response I needed. I enjoyed working with all the staff! I felt like I was a part of the family from sharing life experiences, funny stories and WHOLE HEARTED LAUGHTER further let me know that the world is still filled with people who care and don’t allow their personal feelings or beliefs to show. We greatly appreciate the work that Master's Home Solutions provided with replacing our sliding patio door and installing some new windows around the house. Our consultant, Steve N, was great! He went through everything with us step by step and shared his knowledge with us. He was here for a few hours and we enjoyed his company. Jon was the man that came to do the remeasurements and installed our new screens. He called before coming to our home (both times) and was on time, which we really appreciated. He was very polite, respectful and thorough. Also, Phil and his partner were terrific! They were the technicians that did the installation. They went above and behind, plus, finished in one day. Drew my sales person was so friendly, knowledgeable and very reassuring on my concerns. They were higher priced then my other quotes, but Drew did his job and made me feel they were the right company for my needs. The in house staff were a little rude and curt. The man who I made the appointment with was a little harsh in tone and made me feel like I was not in the position to make decisions on my own home without the "man of the house" present. And billing was a little curt when there was a miscommunication between the what the sales person said and what they had written down. Made me feel like a liar and trying to scam them. But once again Drew came through and handled everything so professionally. The actual roofers were AMAZING. They were on time ready to work. They replaced the whole roof in less then 8 hours.
