Stay away. Scammers. Made promises to fix everything wrong with our roof including flashing, rotting wood, leaking, etc. This was in our written and signed agreement that includes a several year guarantee. The roof looks nice on the outside but it’s all fake flash. A week later we had rain and got leaks so we went up to the attic and saw all the rotten wood and holes that were originally there. Nothing fixed. We immediately made multiple attempts to call them and they ignored us each time. The one time they did answer, they we disrespectful and highly unprofessional. Where’s our guarantee? Where’s the work we contracted and paid for? We were told that we’re not just paying for a roof but for all the repairs as well and we didn’t get it. And all we wanted was what we were promised and what we paid for. Fast forward some months later and we’re getting some more work done and STILL trying to get someone to fix the issues. All specialists that came to look at our house were shocked at the state our roof was left in, the amount of rotten wood they never fixed, and the level of unprofessionalism we were treated with. Thank God we came across a proper company that fixed everything for FREE once they heard us say “Real Deal”. Steer clear!!!

Do not use! They are scammers and will say anything to get your deposit. They preyed upon my husband when he was getting chemo treatments and totally left us in shambles refusing to return the $11000 they stole. We are forced to file complaints with BBB and Attorney General. They will ask you to make the payments out to the wife and not the company...BE CAREFUL.

They did a beyond excellent job. I had them replace some windows and replace my roof due to a leak in my bedroom. The roof was over 30 years so it was a little over due. They also answered were quick to respond.

I can only give them 5 stars. If possible, they would get 6 stars or more. Gary and Maria were so easy to work with and very professional. They are so helpful and the crew is very professional as well. The work I had done was not an easy job but they did the job i wanted without any extra costs for their hard work. In Fact, Gary recommended much better doors than what I asked for and saved me Money. The look of the doors that Gary recommended were 100% better than what I wanted. Real Deals Remodeling & Construction Inc. has failed to refund money they were paid in advance for work they have not started or completed for work on our front door and kitchen window blinds. They were paid in fall of last year and all I have received from them, via text messages, are excuses. You can visit the office address indicated on their website at 503 W. Broad Street in Bethlehem during the business hours reflected on their website, but you will find the door locked, as I have done numerous times. I have filed a consumer complaint with a District Court to recover the money paid to them for work not done and hopefully a Sheriff paid to deliver the complaint will have better results at 503 W. Broad Street in Bethlehem. Use extreme caution if you choose to deal with them and verify any documentation you request from them; especially certificate of insurance. Had Real Deal do a siding job that no one was interested in doing because of how close the neighboring house was. Gary said no problem they could handle it and it turned out beautiful way better then I expected. Gary walked through it with me when it was finished to make sure I was completely satisfied. Also left the place spotless. The estimate he gave me came in better then I expected and was able to stick to it without any surprises. Both Gary and his wife Maria who works the office are great people to do business with from start to finish. Have 2 other projects planned and will not hesitate to call them again.

I scheduled a consultation with Larry but he never showed up to the appointment. He didn't even bother to call or message me to cancel. I, in turn, didn't bother following up because that alone is a red flag to me and I will not work with a business like that. If you cannot show up to our scheduled appointment or have the decency to contact me about your absence, how can I expect you to complete my job professionally?

Ok! Finally I get to sit down and write my review! I would like to begin that I did a lot of shopping around! I received a quote that was a better deal at first from a different company that I was going to use. As I was waiting for my loan, I reached out to Gary one more time to see if he can meet or beat the quote that was given to me! I knew that the work that Gary was going to provide was going to be of caliber and I didn’t want to sacrifice a cheaper price to then get cheap job! So, in reaching out to Gary, not only did he meet the price but he beat the price from the other company without compromising the work or materials!!! Hands down, I hired him! He stuck me in his schedule and these men came out and did an AMAZING JOB!!! OMG!! I could not be any happier! The work was emmacualte and the job done was just perfect! Finally finish dealing with Gary. Law suit is filed with the Attorney General office. Customer be careful!We had a roof leak which consisted of a Flat roof on one side and Pitch roof on the other. Gary came in Nov 9 2021 for a over $18K proposal and we hired him. He required 1/3 deposit, 1/3 at the beginning of the repair and 1/3 at finish. He began the roof repair on Dec 13 2021. There was a rain storm during his repair and water continue to leak and he said it was normal because it hadn't seal it yet. After he completed the repair and finished on Dec 21 2021 and we paid him in full, rain storm came in on Dec 31 2021. Roof leaked again.We tried to contact him for over 2 months but no return calls or messages. In Feb 2022, I finally text him "this will be my last message to you before I file complaint against you." He replied and will come to fix the problem. After his first attempt to remedy the leak on Mar 3 2022, leaks continued observed. He then tried for a second repair attempted in April 5 2022. It also failed. It is extremely frustrated asking Gary to keep coming back to repair his own work. He scheduled the time to do the repair week after week but failed to meet his own timeline. Excuses after excuses like" I am on my own, no one is helping me to finish this job" I am in Stroudsburg, get to you by this weekend" My mother is sick, will come to you this weekend" He had no accountability to what he had done. In the mean time I was thanking god at least the Pitch roof he repaired holds up but I was wrong. On April 9 2022 during the storm, it leaked. I went up to the roof the following day and this is what I found (picture attached) I called another roofing company to do an inspection and they said he did not fastening the shingles down. Not enough nails was used and cut corner with the materials. As such, I finally filed a law suit with the consumer protection department at the Attorney General office. Therefore I would advise others not to use him for a roof repair.Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

Called for an estimate on some siding work. Scheduled to have someone come out for an estimate. No one showed up on the day they were supposed to. I called several times after to see what happened. Calls weren’t answered nor ever returned.
