SunPulse Solar has exceeded expectations on every phase of our interaction with them. This firm has professional and knowledgeable employees in all departments. Office, sales , and field/installation personnel answered all of our questions promptly and accurately. From top to bottom, everyone knows their area of expertise and they demonstrated their ability to make the entire process run smoothly. If you are only THINKING about going solar, you should talk to these folks. I am not satisfied easily but, I am totally pleased with their work ethic and with the solar array they have installed.

I can not say enough about the GREAT people at Sunpulse. My system was installed in November of 2022. Up and running January 2023 (delay because of PPL needing to change out transformer). We started working with SunPulse Solar in May 2021, and had the final installation of our panels in Sep 2021. We had new roofs installed through them on both our house and barn first and then the solar panels. The company took care of the permits needed and all the paperwork from their end, to the finance company and PPL. Every time we had a question or concern, everyone we dealt with at SunPulse responded immediately and kept us apprised of everything. Even when we had an issue come up with the roofers, they responded quickly to remedy it. The installation of the solar panels went very smoothly. We are so happy we decided to go solar! It's so nice to only pay a small monthly connection fee to PPL, getting paid monthly for selling shares of the the electricity we generate, and getting our annual settlement check from PPL in May every year. We highly recommend SunPulse!

They were done in 3 days for a 62 panel setup on our garage and house. No regrets. Would do it again if we ever moved.

As customers in our 60s, our ideas, thoughts, concerns and questions were addressed at the beginning of the installation process. It was a very positive experience working with SunPulse Solar. Having SunPulse Solar install our solar system was the best decision and investment ever. They handled everything for a turn-key system. They took care of installing back-up generator, in-ground propane tank for the generator, back-up batteries, and EMP protection. As for the solar system itself, it is paying for itself due to drastically reduced electric bills. Our electric bill prior to installing the solar was $500/month and now it is around $15/month (which is PPL line usage). Plus, we are able to sell power back to our electric company and accumulate solar credits that are sold in a stock market-type setting. It was convenient having a one-stop shop for a turn-key total install of our solar system and SunPulse Solar did a great job in providing that service.

SunPulse Solar is the company we chose after hearing other presentations. From the time we had contact with William Johnson and other homeowners we felt we were treated fairly. Ours was a process that may have been longer than others since we have a very large field, a geothermal heating/cooling system and a full house generator with other details. I was so happy to have found Sunpulse solar and have them install our panels. The company is very friendly and helpful with any questions we may have. The panels have saved us a lot of money each month. It is great to get a $16 dollar a month bill instead of receiving a bill for hundreds. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to buy solar panels. The money saved by the panels each month is not the only way a gaining money with the panels. Call and check on how you can get the benefits from installing panels with this company. You will not be sorry!!

From the sales to completion they were a completely professional company, friendly and easy to to deal with. They listened to and dealt with all of my concerns. I'm very happy with the SunPulse Solar team. Sales staff did a thorough assessment and gave me a detailed explanation of how the system would work. Installation was complete in one day. We have been in the solar market for many years, and could never get them because we didn’t live in the PHL/PGH market. We found Sun Pulse in our research and were blown away by their customer service, attention to detail, and thoroughness of their explanations. They are cost/value conscience and will not oversell you to make the extra money. They fit the system to your usage and roof size. Very upfront with feasibility and if it would be beneficial to you. Overall I am extremely pleased with our product, sun pulse’s professionalism and customer service. They’ve checked in a few times to see how the system works and answer any questions quickly.

Everyone I dealt with at Sunpulse was wonderful, very professional, answers questions quickly, crew gets along well. All turnkey - they do everything for you as far as permits, set up with PPL and the SREC credit, inspections by the city etc....Came when they said they would, organized and quick workers! They also installed a generac which I am thrilled to have. Already a minus $148 19 days into my May electric bill, whoo hoo! Could not be happier with the system and am glad was able to support a local company. Thank you!

Prior to making a decision on a solar panel company we researched extensively. SOLARPULSE by far is was the best regarding new, cutting edge technology and expertise.The sales rep, Will, was very knowalgabe, and explained all pro’ con’ s regarding my project and set up from start to finish. Explained cost savings for immeadate use and for next 30 years.We requested and received past customers on their satisfaction with the units and all came back 100% satisfied and pleased. That was definitely a deciding factor. They, unlike others have service after the sale and keep me up to date regarding system. SunPulse Solar and Luke Amick go above and beyond during their initial consultation to explain the WHOLE program of having your own solar system. They helped us understand tax credits, renewable energy credits, permitting, warranties and more. Many companies talk fast and try to gloss over details but SunPulse is thorough. The computer modeling from aerial photography helped us understand the aesthetics of roof mount vs. stand alone. If you are considering solar - have an initial consult with SunPulse.

Great company to do business with. I was looking to add a couple of solar panels to my RV, and they were great to deal with. I had a very small order, and I was treated as if I was large customer with a very big project. They gave me some advice on mounting and were great to deal with.
