For the past 5 months my Husbands Business(JB White Construction) was subcontracted through them to do some work in Mavis Tire in Columbia,SC and during this time, everyone was very responsive and helpful. We got paid on time and with no issues. When there were issues they were handled professionally and in a timely manner. It was a pleasure working with this company and look forward to hopefully working with them again.

If you're a subcontractor beware of this shady company. Terrible communication from the top down. They don't pay their subcontractors. They're main objective is to screw you over. They ignore calls, emails, and make false promises. Zeb Sasse and Mike Tomcyk are fraudulent people. Stay away from doing any sort of business with this company whatsoever.

Brackenridge is an excellent contractor to work with. Our company was hired to haul off dirt from a job site in Manassas Virginia and we hauled off over a 100 loads in 2 days.Since the very beginning they were very professional and responsive. We were paid immediately that same day upon completion of work. We look forward to continue doing business with them in the near future.

This company is very sleazy.If you are a customer: your project will take longer than proposed. They will over charge you on change orders. Then later after they do not pay their subs they will put liens on your property.If you are a subcontactor: If you do get paid it will be well over 90 days. More than likely they will try to make you take less than your proposal. I would price in extra for the lien you will have to file.

Due to the nature of our work, we are always the sub-contractor, so we work with a lot of GC's. Brackenridge Construction is professional and responsive. The communication lines are very open and accurate. There have been job delays as there are in every job, but they are way ahead of me finding out by communicating the delay and what the new course is going to be. There PM's provide emailed "look ahead" reports so that we can anticipate what is coming up and plan our resources. On our list of GC's, they are at the top.
