I had Mike come out to give us a quote while we were shopping around for window replacements. I mentioned a roof leak to Mike and he was gracious enough to get on the roof to check out the chimney counter flashing. In addition to the window replacements, Mike prepared a quote for the roof repair and got both back to me with a few days. Mike was extremely knowledgeable of the best practices, products, construction methods, and his crew was on time and did clean work. He remained in constant communication the entire time and is always very kind and personable. Pricing is very reasonable and Mike didn’t try to push for anything we didn’t want or need like some companies would. Overall, I’d recommend them for any exterior upgrades or repairs to your home.Edit: Updating review after our window install was completed. Windows were installed efficiently and the work was really clean. The windows open and close easily, are very good quality, and are a major upgrade both functionally and aesthetically from our decades old vinyl replacement windows. Mike called to check in after our window installation to make sure everything went well. I will be calling Mike again in the future for replacement of the rest of our windows!

If you need any work done involving the exterior of your house, call Marroquin Exteriors! From start to finish, Mike and his team were amazing to work with and guided me through the process of constructing a new roof over my patio and a replacement roof over the whole house. When Mike came to give me the estimate, he also gave me a list of questions to ask other contractors and said "even if you don't hire us, make sure you ask anyone else these things." The Marroquin team does top notch, quality work and delivers on time within budget. Don't even bother calling anyone else!

Can't say enough positive about the service I received!My siding was detached in a storm. Within a week- Mike came, gave me a detailed estimate (that equaled my final bill) and his team completed the repair!They could have told me I needed more work done or that the damage was more extensive... but he didn't.Tremendous, trustworthy service at a fair price.Definitely recommend for siding, decking (he's doing an estimate now) ir a new roof.

I had two companies out for estimates before Mike. I was sold on the ProVia door but was not willing to pay what they were asking. I even called Mike to cancel the Appt but he convinced me to let him come out anyway, even it wasn’t a ProVia door maybe we could come up with something. Anyway the same door the other two companies gave me estimates on was half the price with Mike! Sold!! JJ came out and measured and later did the install and he was very professional and cleaned up after himself very well. I will be using them again.
