Choosing Perez DBR for our projects was the best decision. There are so many good things to say. Adam and Tracy helped us work within our budget to transform a tired old house into our beautiful home. Jason, Al and Mike worked so hard to be sure we got exactly what we wanted. They went above and beyond on more than one occasion. The communication was great. All of their contractors were respectful of our home and the work was all completed in a timely manner. We love our new bathroom and downstairs, and in the end almost the whole house got a sprucing up. I can’t recommend them enough. These are real people who care about their work and the people they employ as well as their customers.

I had my kitchen remodeled by Perez Construction/DBR and I was reading the reviews before I posted mine. I came across one posted recently that was far from the truth. I have been sub-contracting plumbing to Perez for about 13 years and I could not be more pleased. Pleased about Adam(Owner),his office staff and the many employees on the jobs that truly make this company unique. As a contractor I will say that I have worked for MANY other builders and thanked God when I got the opportunity to work with Adam and Company. Prints and specs are all up to date and if there is a question, it is answered in mere hours. I can say that I love my job again. Now seeing this same Company as a customer, I was amazed on another level. The whole process from Chris(salesman) showing up at my house for a consultation, the design meetings with David and Tracy to the excellent work done by Jason and Mike was truly satisfying. I think the thing that really got me was that they didn't even start demo until all my materials were in their warehouse. I knew that all my money so far went for my job. They don't rob Peter to pay Paul as a lot of other people do. I have worked on dozens of Perez kitchens and never thought I could afford one. WRONG. The price tag was nowhere close to what I figured it would be. This organization is so family level, i had my hips and knees replaced(years apart) and my job with them was still there when I recovered. Other people temporarily filled in, but the spot was always mine. Thank You Everyone at Perez DBR for my dream kitchen and all the work over the years.

Perez replaced my roof a few years ago and I couldn't be happier with the work and results. Carlos runs a tight ship. The work was done very cleanly and, quickly. In two days the whole project was completed. After the crew left I went around my house with a rolling magnet to pick up any loose roofing nails. I only found one nail. I'd recommend them anytime.

Perez put a new roof, a mix of shingles and metal, on our home. It came out beautifully. The price was reasonable, especially considering the warranty. Our project manager, Charlie, was very responsive, and the crew was extremely efficient. It was really nice not having to worry. The entire process…materials, workmanship, customer service etc was really well done.

Perez was great from the beginning of the job to the completion. They made sure the interior of the house was protected and, honestly, was cleaner at the end than the beginning. The crew was very personable and professional, and one of the employees, Lenny, kept us informed the whole time they were working. I highly recommend them!!

I just recently had my roof completed by PerezDBR. I was absolutely blown away with how quickly they completed a very difficult roof. The roof has a 12/12 pitch with two homes directly on both sides but they tackled it like a well oiled machine. They worked two full days from 8am until 8:30 at night!! I was amazed how well they cleaned up around my house, not a nail or scrap of old shingles could be found! Also the crew always had a smile and a wave when they saw me.

Last October I got an estimate to have a new roof installed My home is 30 years old and I figured it’s about time . A salesman showed up and I told him I what I was looking for . He contacted me a few days later with a price . I had already gotten another estimate. Perez was $9,800 dollars higher than the other contractor . Needless to say I was floored . The plywood was good . The roof needed to be torn off and ice shield added then the new roof . The house is quite large but $9,800 more for the same job was absolutely outrageous. People need to get estimates before committing to them . I got excuse after excuse from them in how their sub contractors are certified by the shingle manufacturer . Most roofing contractors are certified. Mr Perez . I’ve been a client of yours . Back in 2015 you did a remodel at our cottage .I also referred to to my daughter and son in law for a small remodel of a half bath and laundry . My wife Cheryl M also referred you for a very large project for her cousin Dan M . Maybe you should check your data base again ! We live on Carbondale Road in Wavey and our home is 15,000 square feet . I think your company saw a way to take advantage of our finances and thought we’d be an easy score . . I’m sorry you feel the need to try and discredit my interactions with your ( family business ) . But the fact of the matter is even before we had our roof replaced your salesman trespassed on our property without any permission to drop of a brochure and business card even after he was told we were using another company . We live in Florida for six months a year , This is why the review is late . When we got home the brochure and card were with our mail . Maybe you need to check your attitude and ego before such remarks …. It’s not an appealing look .

I have contracted with Perez DBR on two separate occasions, to perform significant remodel projects on our home.The first was to remodel all of the bathrooms and the second was to remodel the kitchen, these are two of the most important rooms in any house.These were significant projects, walls and ceilings were torn down to the studs with major changes from the previous layout and design. Every aspect of both projects was handled with complete professionalism by the team at Perez.The design process was quite enjoyable. Tracy offered ample choices and suggestions, all from samples located at the design studio, from cabinets to hardware and counter tops and tile to grout & paint color. It was nice to not have limitless choices, which can become overwhelming. The process was completed with a rendering of the new layout and color pattern.The project managers on both of the remodels were always available and attentive. They always let me know the schedule for work and who would be at the house each day. It was very easy to communicate with them.The tradesmen (electrician, plumber, tile, etc) were also very professional and did a wonderful job.The services that Perez DBR offers saved me so much time in the design and planning process. I did not have to travel to different locations to pick out cabinets, tile, paint and counter tops.As stated above, my projects were not "refreshes" with substandard materials from box stores. We remodeled our kitchen from the studs back. We experienced outstanding coordination with all subcontractors. Perez made sure we were pleased with everything that was designed and chosen by having multiple consultations with us. They answered all calls in an extremely fast manner as did the subcontractors. I was having a difficult time finding a quality and reputable company to complete my home remodel project which consisted of removing and old deck, building a new much larger deck with a roof, while replacing the roof on my home and tying everything in. Perez was recommended to me by a friend and I was impressed with the detail of design, custom features, and kindness of employees top to bottom. I have not had one person that wasn't blown away by how great it looks.

Adam came to the house to give a quote on putting a roof over our back deck. The price came in extremely higher than 4 other contractors and when i say that i mean over 10k more. Anyways, the bigger issue is prior to signing the contract, we had a few questions...... how many lights, how many outlets, structural support and other smaller things that were not on the original quote. Why would we enter into an agreement to pay over 30 k without knowing all the details of the job. We heard from a friend of ours who had Perez do a kitchen remodel for them and they stated that everything needs to be written down because he does not uphold to what they verbally tell you. We were just dotting our "i's". Anyways, he was unable to provide the answers to my questions, would not give details of the job and only wanted to speak on the phone to discuss things rather than putting things down on paper. very sketchy! stay away!

We can’t say enough how happy we are with the service provided by our new family at Perez. Going through a full house remodel with an addition can be overwhelming unless you have a great team on your side - WHICH WE DID! Everything from design to construction to final touches was handled in a professional, organized manner. Even with the weather not always being on our side, our main man and project manager, Dave, wrapped up the project ahead of schedule. On move in day, Dave even lightened the mood by singing a song from Cinderella while he, Jack, and, Sean did the final clean up. Have we mentioned how much we loved our project manager?! It’s rare to hear that construction on your home is a painless and stress-free event, but it is with Perez! We can’t thank you enough!!!

Scheduled an appointment for a quote to replace my front porch roof framing and two columns with Perez Design Build Remodel LLC. My front porch presently is a flat roof around 5’ X12’. I wanted to replace it with a low slope (2” every 12”) peaked roof. Had a good conversation with Perez’s representive. Without measuring he threw out a price of $20,000., I told him it was to much. He than said $15,000. Told him again I felt it was to much money. $15,000. was a couple thousand dollars more than I was willing to pay and felt it should cost. This conversation seem like he was feeling me out to see how much I was willing to pay. He asked me how much I thought it should cost. I told him I would’t say. He explained their process they go thru and the price he indicated were only ball park prices. He said Scranton is difficult with getting permits and building requirements. I told him, I didn’t want to pay for a dog and pony show. I’m just a senior citizen who needs my porch replaced for a reasonable fair price. Without any further discussion he left. I’m experienced with the construction and building trade.

Had a signed contract for a $40000 roofing job, made a deposit payment and thought we were all set. Then they breached the time deadline because winter came in early, I can understand that. Then when spring came around they now need to renegotiate the price!!!! Breach number two and terminated the contract. They did give a full refund of deposit but beware of their contracts they mean nothing to them.
