I had three leaks in my roof after a bad rainstorm before Christmas. I called iRoof and Patrick came out that same morning, assessed the damage and returned in two days and totally repaired my roof. I have a flat roof and it can be hard to find a company that works on them. Since the roof repair, there have been three big rainstorms and I am very happy to say that my ceilings are nice and dry! Excellent job by Patrick and I highly recommend iRoof!

This Guy Patrick Aka Dylan came out to my home 12/202023 a few days before Christmas he drives a silver f150. It was the day after a bad rain storm.Patrick said you don’t need a new roof just silicone he said I would do the job for $1800 he said I need half before work get started. I said I will give it to you in the morning when u come he said no I will meet you now. This was the night before the job. I GAVE $900 Then he said I will be here 1st thing in the morning at 8:30am He came at 10am and then left at 10:30am told me he has to pick up a worker and then ghost me he left his ladder Patrick is a con artist a scammerHis goal is to take your deposit and then ghost you and he blocked me. BEWARE he has no remorse he seen me and my family here with a leaky roof at Christmas and stole from us, He comes of charming lots of family stories showing you pics of his kid he should be on American Greed. IROOF is a scam.

Call I roof.. Dylan aka who knows talks a good game.. says he going do all this stuff maybe even throw added wrk in for free… he will talk ur ear off..his main goal is to get the deposit then see if he can scam the rest out of u by sometimes showing up and half assign the job. if he can’t get the rest of the $$$ he will cut his losses and abandon the job..donot hire him unless u liking giving away free money… he uses the standard contractor deposit scam that most contractor try to do…But many will have to learn a life hard lesson..

Dylan is incredibly responsive, worked around our schedules and managed to complete our job within two weeks of when we first reached out to him. Absolutely 5 stars! Dylan the owner of iroof is so nice and down to earth! Dylan came out the very same day I called and gave me a great quote for my roof. I got an appointment right away, didn't have to wait. The workmen came on time knew exactly what to do from start to finish. Left my home so clean when they were done and the roof looks amazing. I was very impressed by Dylan and his crew. I was trying to get 3 companies out to replace my roof over 2 months but kept getting the run around. While riding home I saw Dylan doing some work at someones home. I decided to stop and take a gamble and ask about the company and the turn around time to have my roof replaced. Dylan gave me an estimate Friday afternoon, my roof was done by 11:00am Saturday morning at a great price.

Two things are clear after working with Dylan: he takes enormous pride in the quality of his work; it is important for him to do right by the customer. Dylan and IRoof are fantastic!! I picked the company because of the positive online reviews, and let me tell you, I was not disappointed! Dylan made the whole process easy and they did a beautiful job with the front shingles on our roof. He ran across a few hiccups in replacing the shingles due to the age of the house, but then went the extra mile to make sure the job was completed fully, giving us a structurally sound, and asthetically pleasing finished product. When Dylan says he's a man of his word, there's no question that he is! I highly recommend them!

In November 2018 I paid I Roof $1800.00 to repair a leak in my roof and for a silicone coating.The job came with a written 12 year workmanship warranty. Three and a half years later I still have a leak in my roof and I am out the $ 1800.00. I was told on several occasions they would come back and repair the leak but no showed up. Dylan simply kicks ass. iRoof is primarily roofing and siding but we used him most recently for an interior repair call. He went above and beyond, staying late to take care of a discovered leak that, if left unchecked, could have truly put the walls of our kitchen in serious jeopardy. He and his team are hard working, efficient, and very open and honest (this is the trait that sticks with me the most). I would highly recommend Dylan and his crew as the last number you'll ever need with regards to repairs around the house.

WOW!!!! What a wonderful experience after 6 months of shuffling from company to company I stumbled upon Dylan and the iRoof crew working in my neighborhood and was impressed by tjeir attention to detail. So I told Dylan what I needed done and the troubles I had gone threw and he assured me that his company would wow me and boy was he spot on. No deposit till they started and we're done by the time we got home from work. They are my new contractor finally the search is over.

Too much to write but unprofessional sums it rather well. Dylan is NOT a man of his word. They damaged my property. Entered my shed, multiple times, without my permission. Even after telling the owner, they still did it. Had to buy a lock to keep them out. Used a bucket in my shed, for urinating, and left the bucket in the shed. Used my tarp. They offered the best rate, but the worst service. I wouldn’t refer them to anyone. Period!

I found out from my painters that I had a hole in my roof. They had completely painted the inside of my house. The weather predicted heavy rain for the next few days, so I called I-Roof. He said he would be out that afternoon. He showed up @ 5, but didn't have materials or equipment to do the job. He went to get his other truck & buy materials @ Home Depot. He called & said they didn't have the right Color of shingles, So I told him that a Tarp would be fine to get through the rainy days. I waited for an hour, Then called him. No answer. Voicemail was full. I texted, but got no reply until way after dark. He texted that he would be there 1st thing in the morning. This all happened on a Friday, but I did not hear from him until about 11 AM on Monday. By then, I had already hired a real roofer. You are much better off hiring ANYBODY besides I-Roof.

IRoof does an incredible roofing job. I 1st had my shed done by them. They did such a great job on my shed I had to recommend them to the church I attend. This was a much larger job and they nailed it. The workmanship that went into my church was awesome. You want to see an awesome roof job check out my church at 501 Clifton Ave. Collingdale PA. Also got gutters and down spouts done. They are the best roofer in the Philly and Suburban area. Try them out you will not be disappointed.

I met Mr. Dylan at Lou’s pawn shop. I was in there to get my diamond ring fix unfortunately, it cost 1,200 which I couldn’t afford. As I was leaving out the store disappointing Mr. Dylan told the store clerk that he would pay to get it fix for me. He pulled out his credit card and paid the bill in full. So far so good. Dylan and crew tore off two existing roofs and added new shingles in one day. Also added new shutters which look great, Arrived on time and cleaned up nicely. Pricing in line with competition. Shingles are rated 50 year.
