Ram gave me the best pricing out of 5 quotes to do a patch job on my house. Ben the installer did a great job fixing all the added issues he found, i did not feel overcharged for the extra charges. They also did a great job matching the colors on a 35 year old house.

Few years ago, my father hired Ram to replace the roof on his house on Maplewood Drive (to give an idea of roof size). After getting quotes in the $25,000 range, it was clear that most contractors were trying to rip him off. Ram stopped over the day after he called, and gave him the real price we were expecting. After a few more calls, it was obvious Ram was the only one that was going to do so. They came, they conquered, they left. Quality job, quality cleanup.This month, I found that my ranch house roof had storm damage, and general disrepair. For due diligence, I got a few other quotes first, and again...absolutely insulting prices. Called Ram, they were at least 1/2 the price. To everyone's surprise, there was more damage than anticipated, and needed a lot more work than expected. They replaced over half the plywood, and even had to repair rafters. I thought it was going to be a 2-day job, which I was fine with, but as before...They came, they conquered, they left. Quality job, quality cleanup. The additional work did not significantly increase the already awesome price I was given.After they left, I discovered the HVAC system no longer worked. I called Ram, and they contacted their HVAC guy, who showed up the next day. Turns out, the vibrations from the work loosened the old screw-in type fuse on the compressor. Obviously not their fault. That they immediately dispatched a repair tech, no questions asked, no cost inferred, is an outstanding way to do business. They were in constant contact with me the over the course of the roof work and the HVAC issue, and didn't even mention payment until it was resolved (I actually called them and asked if they wanted my money or not, haha).Scott and Dave are personable and friendly, and the crew was as well. Side note, my dad's neighbor, from his recommendation, also had her roof replaced by Ram, and had nothing but positives to say.

Your company was definitely not prepared to sell me windows. I knew more about windows then Dave did. I guess siding is more their gig, which is fine. Either way our wood siding will have to be replaced in the near future and he missed the boat. I went to shake his hand at the door when he was leaving. He turned around said goodbye and kept walking

Everyone I dealt with at Ram Siding was helpful. They called me back and showed up when they said they would. They did a great job and finished the job quickly. Great to work with. This is the second time I used them. The first job I did with them they refunded some of my money because the job didn’t take as long as they expected! What more can you ask for?

What a wonderful company to work with. We just had a roof installed and the crew was very impressive.They worked so hard and cleaned up afterwards. There was no rain in the forecast but of course it rained. This crew never missed a beat and continued to work. Thank goodness there was no lightning.Dean is a pleasure. The estimate was timely and very reasonable.We have another job scheduled with this company.I can’t say enough good things about Ram Siding Company. We’re also happy to promote and support a local business.

Beginning of November I called regarding an estimate on repairs to a gutter which was hanging off and fascia on my home. Someone called me on the 7th stating he looked at the job and gave me a price. I told him I wanted the work done and did he know when they could do it. He explained they were busy and it wouldn't be until after Thanksgiving, end of November. I agreed, he did say it was a small job and maybe they could get it done a little sooner if they were done another job earlier one day. I expected the job to be done by December after this conversation.When no one came to do the job by mid December I called and left voice messages with the service department twice requesting a call back re a date the work could be done. No response . I finally came to the conclusion that this company was not doing the repairs.I called another company who understood my plight, they gave me an estimate 2 days after I called and the job was completed in 6 days from my first call.Had Ram siding not wanted to do the job they should have just told me that from day 1.

I had a major concern about a section of siding on my house after several recent rainstorms. I was concerned that my siding was leaking in places that it shouldn't be. Dennis from Ram Siding came out and did an assessment on the area. He determined that all was well and that work did not need to be done. He took the time to show me how rain water flows in that are and why it can be overwhelming sometimes. He was courteous and professional and honest. He did not try to sell me a bill of goods. I strong recommend him and his team for any job.

They called back. That's half the battle. They noticed problem and gave me solutions and pricing. They came when they said they would. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Definitely saving their number.
