Kevin responded to our request promptly. Due to numerous days of rain, he had to reschedule his initial assessment but called to reschedule. His contract was submitted and accepted by us within a day and we were given a start date. Again rain postponed the date, but Kevin rescheduled immediately based on weather reports. I contacted Kevin for a new roof after I had a branch fall on my house. His quote was very fair, but beyond that, he is the only roofer I've dealt with that actually seems to understand attic ventilation.In the past I've had roofers tell me all I needed was a ridge vent, when I already had gable vents (which have since been covered). My home doesn't have soffit vents. I already knew I wanted a solution for air intake into my attic since I was replacing the roof.The topic of attic ventilation came up, and Kevin was already speaking to the exact solution I thought I needed. I was thrilled. The job was done quickly, they appear to have done a great job cleaning up, and the work looks great. (I just had it done, so I can't speak to anything beyond initial impressions but I don't expect any issues at all.) He even fixed a gutter that covers my HVAC wiring coming out of my attic that was pulling away from the house.If I ever need any exterior work done, I'll be contacting Kevin.Services: Attic venting, Roof installation, Attic venting installation

Kevin just left after making a repair to our vent pipe collar which after the heavy rain was leaking. After working a full day at another site, he took the time to address our minor issue in a professional and positive manner. The pricing was fair. Kevin recently installed roof venting for a kitchen hood. The installation was performed promptly and without any damage to the current roof. At the same time he installed a replacement window carefully matching the siding as there was a size difference between the old and new. Had a vent collar that was dry rotted and leaking into home that is on market. Owner of company was out the same day i called to inspect and repaired 4 vent collars the following day. Being an investment property the cost is always a concern. My bill was less to do all 4 repairs than other companies were quoting for 1.
