Precision resided our house as well as recapped all of our windows, replaced our gutters and reworked a bay window. Their quote was very comprehensive and detailed every step of their work to be completed. Their workers were very professional and completed their work quickly and efficiently. We had several other quotes on the project but none were by far as comprehensive and detailed! THey were not the least expensive but as the saying goes you get what you pay for.I would always recommend Precision for any house renovation project!

We loved Precision Contracting Services in Downingtown, PA. We had a leak on Christmas Eve and another one on Christmas Day morning of 2020. We had significant work on with 2 different projects in that area within the previous 6 months. Both contractors came out to look at it, and we were expecting them to get back to us with a solution. On a whim, I contacted Precision Contracting because they were working a couple houses down from us. They were out within a week. Mike, the owner, showed us what he thought was wrong, showed us what the standard is, and showed us what he would do to keep water from penetrating our home. We waited about 2 weeks for his very detailed proposal, with pricing broken down, and with photo explanations of the work they would do. We still had heard no word from the other contractors about what to do for our leak.We had significant work done on our home and deck in 2019. We signed the contract with Precision in 2021 to do a huge amount of work which included: replacing the 2 year old sloppy stonework, stucco replaced with Hardie Board, deck roof extended, window and doorway overhangs built, windows reset and insulated to better protect from water damage, under deck skirting, and additional stonework.Each and every crew member was wonderful. They were polite, tidy, and did outstanding work. Our property was cleaned up and swept every single day. Unlike my neighbors contractors, whose trash frequently ended up in my driveway, Precision workers cleaned up after themselves. We felt completely comfortable and at ease with each crew member. Any issue we had was addressed quickly and fully. Their communication is outstanding which is really, from our previous experience, unheard of in the contracting field. They combine technology with construction to run an efficient and productive company.The house feels so much sturdier and solid now. The temperature inside is better controlled. Their work is top notch, and goes above the industry standard of what needs to be done. We wish we found Precision Contracting years ago!As for the poor reviews they have, use your common sense and read them. Called to ask about getting a quote for some window refraining. Person I spoke to was very nice and requested pictures of the windows in question, which I sent immediately. They didn't bother to get back to me. How unprofessional! Even if they didn't want the job, they should have contacted me. Who knows, I might have future projects that they would want to take on. Will strike them off my list.UPDATE! Apparently, this is not the company I spoke to about repairing our windows. It is, however, the company I called and left a detailed message on their machine asking them to get back to me. They did not bother to return my call. So, not as bad as my original review made out, but not great re customer service, either.

Precision Exterior Contracting is top notch. Their work is impeccable and they employ true craftsmen and great people planning and overseeing projects. From Mike Holy that helped with design to Shawn McClellan who was my Project Manager, the experience was so professional and fun. They truly work so hard for their clients and want them to be happy with the job provided. I enjoyed working with them very much!!! Every person that was in and out of my home was courteous and professional, and my job wasn’t small. Thank you to each one of you. The end result was more than I imagined for my NOW beautiful home. Thanks Precision! Mike Hyon, the owner, gave us wonderful service. From the moment we were in contact he was not only extremely professional but he truly helped me navigate this process. He put me in touch with a surveyor who was independent which then allowed me to take this project out to tender. Precision Contracting were not just competitive on price but I felt I could trust them with this large project. His team were all very professional and friendly and took care with our home as though it were their own! Covid gave us a slight hiccup but the project only overran by a few weeks.We have just sold our home and were confident that we could take what had been a substandard home to the market and recoup our losses.So a big thanks to Mike and his team, I couldn’t recommend them more highly.Services: Exterior structural repairs, Exterior finishing

Our home remodel with Precision included replacement windows, replacement siding (vinyl to Hardie), and the addition of a portico and a stone facade on the front of our home. The results are beautiful. Numerous people from our development have taken the time to comment positively about the results. Every Precision employee we dealt with was courteous, professional and thorough. Ricardo, who was the mason for our stonework, is an artist!! We rate them an A++!

I hired Precision to remove all of the stucco on my house, remediate and replace with hardie board siding. I am thrilled with the job they did and would highly recommend them. Mike Hyon (the owner) is all about constantly refining and improving his processes. He really geeks out when explaining what they do and how they do it which is what you want! Day 1 the crew showed up and I was impressed with the foreman starting off with a thorough review with the crew of the project at hand, safety procedures, etc. Then they went to town and the progress they made in 5 weeks was remarkable. The whole crew was great and the project went smoothly. A project such as this is costly but I definitely felt I was getting a great value with Precision. In an industry w/ many amateurs (imo), Precision stands out as a highly professional, top notch provider. They do great work and they stand behind it!

Precision Exterior replaced the cedar siding on our house with James Hardie Fiber Cement siding in 2013. The trim boards are PVC painted a dark brown to match the window frames. This summer we noticed that the trim boards that were in the sun for most of the day were pulling away from the house. They had mentioned this possibility when we chose dark brown, but the warranty on this project is for 10 years. We asked them to have a look and let them know that whether they covered it under their warranty or we had to pay them, we wanted them to repair them since they were most familiar with the project. After seeing the trim boards impacted, they decided to repair them under warranty using screws instead of the nails that were used originally. They completed the repair in a timely manner and it looks great.We are impressed that Precision Exterior considered this issue to be covered by the warranty, when they could have blamed it on the color we chose to paint the trim. On top of how well the rest of the project has stood the test of time, it is a real testament to the company's commitment to their customers.
