Charlie was incredibly helpful when designing our bay window. It was important to me to keep the overall shape and appeal of the window and Charlie helped us find the design that will work best. Though we are returning customers, this was our first time working with Charlie. He was thorough and made sure we were all on the same page. Our salesman, Adam, was prompt when arriving for his appointment. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and because of that knowledge was able to help us find exactly what we were looking for, while also providing us with all of our payment/financing options - and the best part was he was not pushy about anything. The companies program allows for your bid to remain intact for a year from the time of the bid, while also offering several discounts and options within their catalogue. My experience with Adam was great. Due to his great service, we were able to lock down a contract for service in our first visit together.

Charlie was great to sit with and discuss windows! Very informative, friendly, straightforward and got along with our dog great. (Trust me that is a plus!) He spoke about the windows very clearly and in a way we could understand and didn't sugarcoat anything when it came to prices. Had our initial meeting with Jeremy who did an excellent presentation of the entry system that we were interested in. He showed us Fibrex samples, details of the manufacturing process, went through available options and colors for us to choose from and showed us what the final entry system would look like accurately described by our choices. Also explained financing options should we decide to order with no pressure to do so and provided contact information if we had any other questions. Follow up visit was made by Jordan who was also very professional in helping us to review our choices and offered some options to make our project more affordable without compromising our original entry design. He was also very helpful in providing the necessary information and setting up the financing for our project.

Kristin Wray was very knowledgeable about Renewable by Anderson history and their production process, she explained every little detail so we were able to understand your product (Fibrex). Upon her inspection of the windows, she explained what she was seeing as she rated them. She was so patient as I made my design decisions and explained the pricing and payment process completely. But above all she was extremely kind throughout the whole meeting. I will be sure to recommend her and your company to anybody that is looking to replace their windows and/or doors.

Visit was very professional and for informant Kristin was my specialist and she went through all my projects I would like to do in the house. They will work on each project to help cut down on cost weather on want 9 or even 1 project done at once. Upon that she even did a cool demonstration with the windows. Chuck T came out to our house this evening to give us an estimate on a brand new front door and storm door. We were very skeptical in the beginning but as the process went on and Chuck made the design come to life, are views began to change. I recently had a home improvement appointment with Kristin Wray from this company that specializes in door installations and windows. As someone who has a tendency to overspend, I made a pledge to carefully consider prices before committing to any purchases. I had already visited multiple companies for household improvements and was disappointed with the overpriced options we was presented with.My appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM, and I was pleasantly surprised by Kristin's punctuality. She arrived at my home dressed professionally and immediately caught my attention with how well she greeted my dogs which run to the door and bark in curiosity as she was like a dog whisperer which immediately put me at ease along with the dogs. We then proceeded to discuss the door materials and quality at my kitchen table.I was impressed by Kristin's knowledge and expertise in the field. Someone with a masters degree in engineering would surely be impressed as it was evident as she went into great detail about the materials, manufacturing, and procedures of the new door installation. My wife and I were able to ask many questions, and Kristin patiently answered them all.I still was not convinced I'd be buying a door even after all this.After we viewed the samples and picked out the colors and options, it was time to see the price. I won't lie; the initial price was higher than we expected. However, once the discounts were applied and we took into consideration the quality of the door and storm door, as well as Kristin's professionalism, it made our decision easier.I have to admit, it was tempting to look for a cheaper option, but I have learned from past experiences that the quality of the product and the professionalism of the company can make a huge difference. I just want to give a special shoutout to Toni and let him know what an asset Kristin is to the team. Her knowledge, expertise, and friendly demeanor make her a valuable member of the company.I will update this review after the installation, but I have a feeling that I will be more than satisfied.No products was offered or promised nor provided for the review. She patiently went over the types of windows, how they work and demonstrated them.She did not rush us, answered all of our questions and made us feel so comfortable (we have had and still dealing with a terrible situation from solar panels. They never worked, could never get them fixed and then went bankrupt.). She kept reassuring us that Renewable by Anderson stands by their warranty.I would recommend Kristin to any of our friends and family.

I wish I could put 0 stars. Had a salesman come to my sister's house while she wasn't home. I was walking into the house with my dog and my dog wanted to run over to him. I told the salesman owner isn't here please leave. He then refused to leave and walked further up the driveway. I in turn had to chase my dog around the yard/stop him from running onto the road. I again said please leave and he again continued to walk up to the house. I was terrified my dog was going to run away! I will never recommend or get work done through Renewal by Anderson. Train your employees better.
