We’ve hired Chase for multiple jobs and these are my favorites that have made the biggest impact in our day-to-day: 1. We originally had an over-the-range microwave that had too low of a clearance so it wasn’t actually ventilating our kitchen very well. Chase helped us remove the microwave, install this hood vent, and also tile the kitchen backsplash to match so now I can cook freely knowing the smell won’t linger forever! 2. We also had a plumbing/mold issue in our basement that left our walls exposed for over several months and knew we wanted to do something about our uneven floor while covering the ugly original tile. Chase installed drywall, replaced our rotted window that was letting moisture in, and had the brilliant idea to use sheet vinyl! He also replaced our baseboards and helped us paint. Now we’re able to actually use our basement and I think it really transformed the space! Chase’s recommendations have been great when we have consulted him on projects, and he’s efficient—he finished the basement project in just 2 days even though he originally thought it would take longer!

We cannot be more grateful for the professional, comprehensive, efficient and neat service rendered us which transformed our newly purchased townhouse to almost like new even though it had seen its age built in the late nineties. This definitely will boost the market price for the future even though we would be very reluctant to move away from it one day. We wish there are more than five stars we can click for the rating. We’re attaching a few before and after photos here for our bathroom shower. Major work including tearing down the old frame, divider from the tub, drywall and leaking pipes etc.

Chase brother construction is a super professional and hard working company. Their representative was not only able to identify and resolve a critical water leak in our house, but he also installed a new flauset and shower heads for 2 bathrooms, and he added drywall and painted our soaked ceiling all in the same day. This was all also at a very affordable price. I would definitely call them again for my home repair and construction needs!

Chase Brother Construction did a fantastic job assisting us with our home improvement project. They were able to install and wiring 4 ceiling lights, install a giant range hood, repair chimney mortar, cap, and crown, add and fix dozens of light switches, and power outlet in three days. Their works are highly efficient and well done. Communication with them has been easy and responsive. I will be glad to work with this company in the future again.

It was a great experience working with Chase. Chase is professional and considerate. He is always on time or will let me know ahead of time if he was going to be late . When Home Depot screwed us over with our pre-order, Chase was willing to drive to 2 separate vendors that was each 45 mins away go get materials for us. Would recommend Chase to my friends.

We hired Chase in October 2022 to install loose insulation in our attic and have since noticed a significant temperature difference in the room below. He was the consummate professional: on-time, kept us updated throughout the day (e.g. when he needed to go to the store to rent equipment) and even finished sooner than expected. He was considerate in giving the option to feed the hose through our attic window instead of inside so we didn't have insulation blowing throughout the house. When asking Chase's opinion about other home projects, he was not shy about offering his honest opinion and what is worthwhile (and not worthwhile) to renovate as if it were his own house. Overall, we're highly satisfied with the quality of work, value and efficiency and look forward to using Chase Brother Construction in the future.
