I paid Bob Shaw 50% down on a roof replacement job in October of 2018. Despite his assurances, by May of 2020 he had still made no effort to do the job. Because of ongoing water leaks, I had no choice but to hire another company to replace the roof. Completely dishonest operation.Service: Roof inspection

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. We had a leak on our roof. With an anove average price, he “repaired” the leak. It did not even last 2 years. After assessing the leak, Bob said the leak had nothing to do with his work. (B/c he didn’t fix it the first time). Bob was asked to give us a quote to repair the “so called” new leak and after 3 weeks and multiple phone calls, we have not recieved the estimate.Not to mention, Bob never showed up at first appointment to assess leak and claimed he didnt have the address. Then he said he would get over to location the next morning- no show!He did go 2 days later and told us we would receive estimates in 2 days. Still no word from him.
