First of all, Alec is as kind an individual as you can find. He responded quickly and the estimate was surprisingly low. Alec constantly communicated regarding scheduling and delays because of the rain. Him and his crew arrived promptly and everyone is extremely courteous. That always shows good leadership. When he started the job my roof was much worse than we thought it would be. Alec did an amazing job. When he left you would have never known they were there. The cleanup was thorough. Although my roof required extra work he stuck with the estimate. I felt I should've paid another one thousand dollars. Thank You God for Alec and East Coast Roofing Systems

I had a very positive experience with Alec and East Coast. My gutters were failing after recent ice and snow. Got a quick response on my quote request. Several area contractors I contacted either didn't get back to me or took weeks to do so. Alec gave me some great insight into my needs (100 year old house). His quote came the next day and was the best I received by a wide margin. A national outfit, who will remain unnamed, gave me a quote that was more than double and pushed to close the sale on site, attempting to upsell me on materials. BE LEERY of any contractor who pushes to close during their quote visit. Alec was super friendly and no pressure. The work was promptly scheduled and completed within a couple weeks of my first inquiry. He was easy to communicate with by text and email. The gutters look great and I really don't feel like I could have found a better number on the job. I recommend this local contractor enthusiastically.

Very helpful. I asked them to come over to the house for a second opinion after another company told me my entire roof needed to be replaced. After a couple of minor repairs Alec said my roof was good as new.
