Jon and his team transformed an outdated bedroom and icky bathroom into beautiful spaces that we now use as a music teaching studio and guest bathroom. Jon built two beautiful barn doors for us, based off of a picture I had showed him of a style that I liked. We receive many compliments on the doors as well as the other details of the rooms.

Insight Contractors, LLC was the best call I made for my roofing repair needs in 2017. Jon was honest, prompt, clean, thorough and even followed up afterward to make sure all was to my approval afterward. I cannot stress enough how great my experience was with Insight Contractors, LLC. Jon was very knowledgeable with the repairs needed, diagnosed other problem areas and addressed them perfectly, to fit my budget I had at the time. He also advised what would be needed, or not needed in the near future.I have since used him again in the Fall of 2018 for finalizing some needed repairs to sell my last home, and once again was an awesome experience. He fit me in within the week of calling, and took care of all the needed items. I have already informed Jon at Insight Contractors, LLC about several projects I have in store at my new residence. He is my go-to contractor and look forward to a continued dealings with him.Jon at Insight Contractors fixed my garage door and concrete entry, and a door threshhold replacement this week.. i couldnt be happier with his work and timely repairs.

Jon has done a number of small to medium projects for us over the years including a total kitchen and small bathroom remodel along with design services for the kitchen. He is fair, honest and clean and I would recommend Jon for projects you need done around your home.

Had him out to look a renovation for us and wanted him to remove a wall. He said he could do it no problem. He wanted a deposit to do a design. We gave him one and he provided us with several drawings, none of which opened up the wall we had talked about. And with those drawings he didn’t account for our roof line (cap cod) so he had things like a vanity, a shower, a toilet in areas where the ceiling is angled to 4’6” so none were usable. He came back out we discussed things and he suggested designs like walking threw a bathroom to get to a bedroom or just agreeing to pay him to do the demo and then design something. We did not accept those ideas and thought we had a different compromise but we got a drawing that wasn’t what we agreed too. At this point we felt he couldn’t do the work we wanted, that he said he could do, so we asked for a refund. He said no, so we tried to get a partial which he wouldn’t do either, and said it’s non refundable. Had he given us a design that opened up the wall he said he could do I’d understand his point, but he lied to get our money. The BBB is involved so we’ll see where that goes.

We had a leak from our roof that was leaking into our bathroom. We reached out to Jon he came out the same day to look at and fix the problem. We appreciated that he was so fast! He was very affordable. I would recommend him to friends and family.
