Sergey did a phenomenal job installing my new roof and skylight. His process is super easy and friendly. He went above and beyond and installed the front gutters as well as they were having issues draining water. He also found rotted wood on the back of the roof and immediately replaced it. I would recommend anybody looking for a local installer in central, Pa to give Sergey a call. I had 6 contractors out and he was the most professional and competitive in the area. Got home from work & a neighbor pointed out that my ridge vent was severely bent. Called & left a message. Sergey got back to me within an hour & was at my place 20 min later. He was able to fix the existing vent, screw it down & seal the screws in 1/2 hr. He pointed out another minor flaw, but said to just keep an eye on that area. Very satisfied, very reasonable! Very pleased with the roof replacement by Perfect Roofing LLC. The crew was on time, efficient, and worked hard to complete the job. Everything that was discussed with the owner was followed through on and delivered (something that is becoming more and more rare these days). He answered all my questions, was very responsive, and easy to communicate with. A few weeks before we were scheduled to have the roof put on, a bad storm hit and the owner went out of his way to come make sure everything was still holding up until the new roof could be installed (on a Sunday nonetheless). I highly recommend Perfect Roofing. From the first call to the finished job, everything about Perfect Roofing was professional. Our roof replacement was initially out of necessity, but Sergey came out the day I requested a quote and with the quote, provide the same night, Sergey informed me there was hail damage and suggested I contact our insurance company, not promising anything but give it a shot. Insurance company was out and low and behold, they covered the roof replacement, in entirety. Perfect Roofing saved us thousands of dollars with that professionalism alone. I had two other quotes, one from our usual contractor and and another larger company. Perfect Roofing was within a few hundred dollars of our usual contractor, the larger company took more than 10 days to respond. From the follow-up (not pushy) to job completion and everything in between, my wife and I could not be happier. Perfect Roofing did a great job and my roof looks great . They work long days and when they were done they cleaned everything up. They were very careful not to hurt the mulch , flowers or shrubs around their ladders and equipment . Price was reasonable compared to other estimates and they used good rated shingles which other companies wanted a lot more.i would recommend Perfect Roofing .
