Very disappointed with quality of windows. Recently window sashes had to be replaced due a defect in glue around the seal. Window sashes we replaced sporadically. I now am having air leakage, when I open windows I cannot close sashes are not lining up, bottom sash will not lock down place. Fairview Home improvement said it is like purchasing an appliance from Home Depot, I need to contact Seaway Windows. Over the past 6 months I have called Seaway and emailed about the issue. No one has contacted me to date. The price they charge for their windows is higher than average. I have never experienced such poor quality and lack of Customer Service. I have been informed by other window companies because the sashes were not installed, manufactured at the same time the windows are not calibrated correctly.. Owners response is inaccurate - Mr Johnson came to my home in the spring with warmer weather. He simply opened and closed my windows. He did not do an air filter analysis. My grids are gray and white which Mr. Johnson said he would inquire with manufacturer, but did not, said it was a shadow. I had others. Review they said is is a powder coating defect. My windows were find until the widow sashes were replace duo to a defective glue issues. After the new inserts/window sashes were replaced I started feeling a cold draft in winter months. Prior to replacement I was able to keep heat at 69 degrees, after replacement had to turn up to 75 degrees. Gas bill increased. Not what you except from new windows. The latch to date has not been repaired. I asked Mr. Johnson to give me advance notice so I could lake time off work to repairs, he informed one day prior to visit, was unable to take off. To date the company has not followed up with warranty, year latter still not repaired. Their windows are very expensive, was informed at time of purchase they were the best. The issue stated when the window sashes were replaced, I asked Mr Johnson to do an air filtration test, he did not. He suggested I go outside and put a leaf blower by the window to see If I can feel air. I have received no support from Seaway Windows.I have replaced windows, what a difference - do not feel cold air. Gaps in windows caused flies to enter thru windows. Disappointed I lost money on initial window investment - due to air leakage. My energy billed decreased with new windows, when seaway was installed my utility bills increased. I hope no one else experiences issues I have had with my window investment.

Took several years but got all of our windows done by Seaway. No drafts coming from windows. Installation crew is friendly, fast and professional. Terry is great to work with. I love the lifetime warranty. If there's an issue, they will fix your windows. We live on a busier street... can't really tell due to very low road noise. Paul, Al, and Terry did a great job getting me all of the info that I needed when I was shopping around. The installation team came in, installed my windows from the outside of my house. Cleaned up all of the scraps and were out within a couple of days. I would highly recommend purchasing this product made right here in Erie, Pa!!!! A+++

Simply put I wouldn't use anyone else. Like everyone I shopped around and had 4 different companies provide estimates. We chose Seaway due to them being local, they use their own installers, lifetime transferable warranty and everyone from start to finish was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I can attest they stand by their products. We had a full house of windows and doors installed about 5 yrs ago now. During that time the dog had run through the screen 5 times and they replaced it everytime no questions asked. We had some discoloration of the glass shim, which didn't effect the window efficiency, however they came out and again replaced every window no questions asked. I would recommend Seaway to anyone looking to maximize their window investment. True, they will not be the cheapest, but you truly get what you pay for. We spent nearly $10,000 dollars on seaway windows and had to have them come back and re-insulated around all the windows because they didn’t put in enough spray foam in they did fix it and the quality of the windows is good but I myself will never buy from them again not a great experienceServices: Vinyl window installation & replacement, Window installation

Seawater windows replaced all the windows in my house included a very large picture window....the crew they sent, Kenny, Steve and Jordan were very professional, they had to travel for over 3 hours round trip to come to Franklin......they worked the whole time they were here, very nice and did an excellent job, I would highly recommend them. We have had Seaway windows since 2005 We had two windows fog over and both were replaced at no charge. We also had a window accidentally broken and it was also replace no charge. The technician looked at all of are Seaway windows while he was at the house and made sure each one was working perfectly. Seaway is the best. Five stars.

Their window prices are ridiculous! They promise you lifetime guarantee and extra stuff that's not needed. They also say their capping is non comparable lol. They offer two main replacement windows the encore, Garbage and the Ovation ok but not as good as many competitors. Overall they took advantage of my grandmother on a storm door and 11 windows. Its double pain glass and after a couple years ice started forming inside the windows during winter. They had to come back three times for storm door two of which they charged her a service charge. I honestly would buy from lowes or home depot before I ever thought about seaway. P.s. watch out for there salesman, say one thing yet agree to another!!!!
