Fantastic!!! This is our second time around with Solid State Construction. They did an amazing job on our bathroom last year and delivered on a spectacular kitchen remodel this year 😊. Once again, communication with the team was great. They listened and never hesitated with any changes we made during the project. As an added bonus, they cleaned up after each day, making sure the space was as functional as possible for our family. We highly recommend Solid State for your home projects. I was looking for an estimate on a couple home improvement projects, but was a bit hesitant because I had no personal experience with Solid State Construction. I read every single review and decided to call. Nick came out within a week. We talked about my concerns. He gave me an estimate and we decided on a date. As a single mom, my nerves were calmed the minute I met the crew. John, Scott, Matthew and Jacob were hard working, respectful, knowledgeable, kind, and creative. They showed up when they said they would, they did the work with care and finished the job on schedule. If you want a team you can trust, Solid State Construction is for you. 10/10 recommend!

OMG!! Nick and the guys at Solid State Construction are AMAZING!! Very professional, very prompt, very neat and clean and their work is spectacular! We hired Solid State to strip/paint the back deck, lay pave stones around 2 gardens, build a partial overhang over our back deck. They were in and out in no time, kept everything neat and clean, exceptionally courteous and the end product was beyond what I had imagined!! I’ve got more projects lined up for them in the future! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Before and after pics included! All of this in less than a week!!!

These guys are always on top of it and they do a great job. They added a new room to the basement of my house and it looks great! Couple months later they fixed the siding on my house after a piece fell off and they made it look easy. Whole process was smooth. I’d recommend them for any job.

Great Experience! We Have Our ContractorFrom start to finish, Nick Ferguson and his crew treated my wife Karol and me as valued customers. Nick is very concerned about doing things right from the inspection of our house, providing a detailed estimate and following through to be sure the project is completed with the highest possible quality. As our roofing, interior repair project and porch awning project was in progress we were fully informed with pictures and videos by the crew foreman John of what was needed for proper repairs and how the repairs and new construction was progressing. The crew was always respectful of our home, cleaning up and making the changes we asked for without any hesitation. It is clear that the best quality materials and craftsmanship are Solid State’s priority and the result is that our home is in better condition than ever. We have plans for future home improvement projects that definitely include Solid State Construction. Thank you Nick and the Solid State Crew! We have our contractor!

Solid State did a 180 on my kitchen in less than 10 hours. Truly incredible the work the guys did! They stayed way over their typical “work hours” on a Friday! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Great work ethic and extremely talented individuals. Solid State has completed multiple jobs inside and outside of my home. Solid State has remodeled my bathroom, done flooring jobs in my living room and basement, roofed my garage and built a giant treehouse in my backyard. Nick and the team at Solid State Construction were awesome! The team was very professional and a pleasure to work with. They were clean and organized throughout the jobs which allowed us to live easily during active projects. First, we hired Solid State to install a wood privacy fence. They did a fantastic job and worked quickly. We had them back to remodel an existing bathroom and add a half bathroom. Again, the team did great work, and we love our new and remodeled bathrooms! We highly recommend Solid State and have already scheduled future jobs with them. 10/10!

One of the best things Nick did while putting a new roof on my house was to explain the process and why he was doing it a certain way. They are certainly solid people doing solid construction. Nick and the guys renovated our bathroom and it was so beautiful we had them back to totally renovate the kitchen from top to bottom. We couldn't be happier! It's gorgeous and they did amazing work, with attention to detail. We had to have a privacy wall built around a section of our pool to block the neighbors and I researched some companies. After just talking to Nick, I decided to have him come give us an estimate. From the moment that we met Nick, I knew I would be hiring a hard working crew. He was very helpful in the selection of the right materials to make my home beautiful. He spoke very highly of his crew, he obviously loves, and they did not disappoint. We hired Solid State Construction to renovate our attic into a home office. I don't know much about construction, but I do know renovations to the attic on a house that is 100 years old can't possibly be ideal work. When they brought me upstairs to show me the finished product, I was giddy because I was so excited to finally have a dedicated workspace. It exceeded any expectations I had for how the space would look.What I don't know about construction, I make up for with what I know about how it feels to be a customer letting someone into your home. To say they are professional would miss entirely how the crew members were polite and friendly to my family and our pets. The owner, Nick, made time to talk to my wife and I about the project and anything else we had questions about.I recommend Solid State Construction to anyone who needs renovations or repairs for their home.

5 stars all the way. Everything was done exactly when they said in exactly the way they said. Did an entire garage remodel, roof, siding, man door, garage door and more on a larger garage. Done in 2 days on budget. Nick is great to work with, most of all he ANSWERS his phone! Tired of contractors not getting back to you and being late/rescheduling/over budget? , look no more you won’t regret it!

I called Solid State 2 weeks ago to see if they could provide me an estimate for a job. On the original call Nick was very nice and helpful with giving me information about the process. During the call he said it could take a couple weeks to schedule an estimate. After 2 weeks without contact, I texted Nick and asked if we were still in line to have an estimate done. He never responded. So, the next day I called, he answered the phone, I explained very politely who I was and why I was calling, and he hung up on me without saying anything further. Now my project has been delayed for two weeks, when I could have been working with another contactor to get things started.

We have now used Solid State for two different major jobs: 1. remodeling our basement bathroom and painting the basement and 2. painting our kitchen and renovating our kitchen floor and ceiling. We have been very pleased - the work was done on schedule and it was done well. They showed up on time and worked diligently. To top it off, the price was very reasonable. The owner of the business already has 18 years of contracting experience and he only puts hard workers on his crew. 5 stars!

Nick and SSC are top notch. His man John installed a heated cable to my front/back gutters. He did a fine job. Communicated well on the installation. I recently had an accident which caused me to remodel my bathroom so I can have proper access to it I called solid state construction and talk to Nick and he agreed to do the job he was hands on throughout the whole process including shopping with us for new items and keeping the lines of communication open with us throughout the whole process. The job he did was phenomenal. What a beautiful and functional bathroom I have now. I highly recommend solid state construction for any of your household needs
