The level of communication was excellent. They were willing to answer any questions I had, and they were reasonable and informed with their suggestions. They always communicated to me why they were doing what they were doing, and they were very knowledgeable and willing to work with me and my specific needs. Their services were extremely reasonably priced and they were able to help me set up a great payment plan. The actual placement of the flooring is of outstanding quality. They managed to get my whole project done in a day and even stayed later than they intended when issues arose to make the necessary accommodations. The end result doesn’t feel rushed at all, it feels stable and it looks amazing. I genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I love my new floors!! The guys did a great job and were hard workers from morning till night! I’m so glad we went with Servi King 😀. We’ve always used Servi-King with no issues. Crew came right in promptly, moved all heavy furniture, worked non-stop & put furniture back. Very polite. Just know if floors need leveling that is extra at time of installation that was only bump we ran into.

I've purposely waited months to do this review so I could give my honest thoughts. Looking back on the intire experience it was an absolute pleasure to deal with servi-king. The pricing was better than any other company and the work/install was perfect. From the honest advice, answering of all my questions and craftsmanship you can't go wrong. Used car salesmen best way to describe them. Was told be done in 2 days they took 4, my wife almost lost her retail job because they thought she was taking days off to goof off. Was told everything was included by salesman. My wife heard him too because I specifically asked about foor preparationand leveling. Been on thousands of commercial job sites and I've seen floor prep so I knew that you don't just throw a floor down. But once contractor showed up I was told they were gonna need extra for floor cement and plywood, $1200 when all said and done. This is after I paid $12,999 in full. After I was told by salesman this price covered all. When I called I got into yelling match with senile old fool that said he would never say floor prep was included. He also proceeds to text me for a half hour after we hang up. Asks did I have it in writing? Really? you treat all your customers like a hostile witness? Do I have it in writing? Like I just woke up and decided I needed to get one over on a carpet salesmen? The job got done but have them write down everything said by salesman . Floor transitions aren't great whatever piece they used to connect Lvp to tile is raised and is a toe stubber. Oven storage drawer was all screwed up from them moving had to repair myself. Dishwasher was never floored under but again get that in writing. All in all I WOULD NOT USE AGAIN FIND A PLACE THAT SELLS THE MATERIAL THEN HIRE YOUR OWN CONTRACTOR. I made the mistake by thinking it would be hassle free if I went somewhere that did it all. And paying all up front is a strange practice in my world, I work on big jobs and nothing is ever paid in full before the work is done. AND WHOEVER YOU USE FOE YPUR FLOORS MAKES SURE YOU GET IT IN WRITING THAT FLOORS ARE LEVELED, crazy of me not to know the industry standard is not level unless you request in writing.
