We used Stofan Construction to replace our siding. Our old siding was letting water in our house when storms sent rain at our house sideways and it seriously needed to be replaced. Stofan construction gave us a very reasonable quote (10K lower than the highest quote) and were able to start quickly. They did excellent work and I am so pleased with how much better our house looks.

Stofan did two projects 1) replace a back garage door and reframe window (wood),2) tear off and roof replacementVery satisfied with both projects. Did a really great job on the roof-had to fix an issue where secondary roof intersected with side of house- did a beautiful job with flashing and trim detail along with the shinglesAppreciated working with Ivo- very prompt in responding to requests and questions, very knowledgeable and provides options/solutions, he worked around my schedule and always arrived when he said he would. Extremely reliable. I had a leak coming into my fireplace. I had know idea what to do or call. StofanConstruction was recommended to me so I called them. Entire wall of siding was repaired. Work was completed quickly and more importantly it was done the right way. Price was fair and everyone was very nice. Would definitely recommend and use again, but based on the quality of work, I shouldn't have to!
