We reached out to Paul Davis to complete an outdoor project. We'd removed an above ground swimming pool, and wanted to build a pavilion. It was not easy to visualize, but I had a rough drawing of what I wanted. Both the gentleman I signed a contract with and the project manager worked with me each step of the way to build the design and to update me at each stage to ensure our estimate of a cost was accurate, and we were happy with the results. We were/are very happy both in terms of the pavilion and our pockets - they worked hard and managed to stay under the estimated budget!One of the best benefits of working with Paul Davis is the relationships they've built with various skilled professionals. For each task, they were able to line up people who were highly skilled in that particular element of the job. They were also, every last one, pleasant to work with on the projects.Hiccups and delays (due to shipping not scheduling) were communicated and handled well. My family can't get over how stunning this looks. We will be enjoying it for years to come.

The Paul Davis team was extremely prompt in assessing the damage to our home caused by a water leak while we were on vacation. I trusted them with access to our home and that trust was not betrayed. They were very careful with our 100+ year old woodwork. They tried to the best of their ability to keep the debris and dust confined to the damaged rooms but plaster dust is difficult to contain. The workers cleaned up at the end of every day. I highly recommend their services.

Google's rating system is flawed. I would give this company zero stars if possible or more appropriately negative stars to match up with my family's highly negative experience. I have done business with over a dozen contractors at my home in the last 18 years. This location of Paul Davis Restoration is, by far, the worst business my wife and I have ever dealt with. The list of complaints we have about this company is too long to list here, but make your own decision whether or not to hire them. Maybe we were just a "difficult" customer. Good luck.

Threw away most of my belongings without my permission. Pricey. Unhappy. Not to mention my apartment smelled bad when I moved back in for a week. And if I hadn't decided to move right then and there I'd have to smell that every day. They don't return most phone calls. They are rude. And it was what my insurance worked with. I had water damage in my home. Paul Davis sent workers to mitigate the affected areas and worked closely with my insurance company by providing pictures for documentation. The workers were courteous, arrived on time and kept me informed of the process. I was very satisfied with the renovations done to my kitchen, vanity room and laundry room. Three months after a fire in the apartment below mine, and my insurance company still hasn't reimbursed me for damaged contents. Why? Because Paul Davis Restoration ( which disposed of most of the food items that I possessed at the time of the fire ) will not submit an itemized list of these items to the insurance company. I've gotten no satisfaction when I've called. I'm very disappointed in how they've handled my situation, and I would not recommend them to anyone I know.

Mr Hogue, the project manager was knowledgeable and professional. He was here early to make sure his team arrived. They arrived on time and had the job done with in an hours time. Mr. Hogue returned when the job was finished to make sure it was done correctly. It was a vent up by our attic that needed replaced. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. After a plumbing link that caused damage to the drywall we decided to have it repaired but not a DIY. WE contacted our State Farm agent, Chuck Jackson, to get some names of companies that do drywall repair work. The estimator came and measured all areas and gave us a very reasonable price. Next came a project manager who verified the work that had to be done. Finally the worker, Kevin, came and did the work. He kept the work area neat and clean and cleaned up every night. We feel that Kevin is a true artist in the fact he matched the textured finish that was 40-50 years old. I asked to get an estimate on some exterior work. It came back again very reasonable and we said "See you on Monday." The worker who did most of the work Chaz was professional and polite to my wife and I. We had a pipe burst in the basement and the team came out the same day of discovery and stopped the damage. They ripped out all the wet drywall when we raised concern of mold since we have two little ones.

Ed and Gary were a god send. They helped me when I had no clue what to do. I had a house fire in Jan 2020 and Ed came out gave me a quote and started right away. They were up front about everything. Anything, I had a question about they got me the answers. I would highly recommend using Paul Davis. I was quoted 6-9 months for repairs and it was 100% completed at 8 months. That was only because of COVID. If it wasn't for COVID it would of been done months before. Specific to the CONTENTS CREW/CLEANING CREW under the supervision of Mike Jeanette, his individuals Rosa, Desi, Dori, Paul, and Kaitlin couldn't have been more helpful, professional, and kind natured with taking care of our items along with just being nice in general. Shawn and Michael did more than an amazing job. They found many things that were not obvious, and I could not recommend a restoration company higher than Paul Davis. From day 1 their skills and expertise relieved much of my stress, which was invaluable during this unfortunate event. They kept me informed and updated throughout the process in between the grueling work they performed. Simply put, if you have an unfortunate event happen that requires remediation, this is the company to use. They know what they are doing, they do not take shortcuts, and repeatedly test using the tools to their advantage.
