We worked with GenCarp on a kitchen remodel in our small Media row home. Joe and his team did a great job. Joe was flexible with us as we shifted some materials and always answered all our texts and numerous questions through out the renovation. He stayed on budget and on-time and his crew was clean, friendly and knowledgeable. I'd recommend him and his crew anytime and will gladly have them back when we have future projects.

This was our second time using Joe and his crew. We had some structure issues when we purchased our house that they fixed no problem. Most recently we wanted to add a wood burning fireplace to our back living room. This was a pretty big project for us and we couldn’t be happier with the finished results. They did work for me in the past. Contacted them about adding on to my deck and was sent an estimate for a previous inquiry that I declined to have done. Never got the estimate for the deck expansion. Miscommunication I guess. The work that was done on my house was quality work. Would recommend

Made an appointment in back in July for a renovation quote. The gentleman showed up about 30 minutes late but no big deal. Showed him my scope and was told I would get an estimate in a week. Never heard from them again, tried calling no response.Fast forward September I’m still looking for a contractor and my wife convinced me to give these guys another shot. Made a Tuesday appointment in September for 9am. No one showed up, called twice and no one answered.Do yourself a favor and avoid these guys at all costs. I would never trust this kind of unprofessionalism with such important work.

I tried calling for some floor work I wanted done. As soon as he answer he came off rude I tried explaining the reason for my call and asked about prices, eventually he hung up. I don't know if he was having a bad day or what was up but there's no excuse for you to be rude to a customer. I would NEVER recommend his services to anyone. Terrible experience...
