Alam B Roofing did a fantastic job. They replaced our main roof, garage roof, and a porch roof with metal roofing. In addition they power washed a storage shed and another roof that had substantial lichen etc growth. From our first contact they were highly professional, extraordinarily communicative— not just explaining their products and their purposes but responding to all my inquiries quickly and thoroughly. The roofers were highly skilled, kept to their timetable, and checked on any questions we had as they proceeded. They had a fine-tuned process for protecting our planted areas and cleaning up each day. It was impressive to watch how well they worked as a team and managed the challenges our roofs gave them— the house is about 120 years old. To top it off, just as they were finishing up it poured, cats and dogs as they say. Apparently, they left behind a couple of small cloths on the garage roof. We didn’t notice until the next day. Before we figured out what to do, two of the crew showed up that day, without our calling, to retrieve them! They noticed them on pictures they received of their work, and came to get them. We are highly satisfied customers of Alam B. Roofing and Home Improvement. A hard working crew tore off our old roof, replaced some deteriorated sheathing, and installed new asphalt shingles and metal flashing. The crew was professional and did a remarkably thorough clean up when done. After more than a year, I noted some flashing coming loose, so I called them. The owner responded the very next day and assured me the issue would be corrected. A couple of days later a crew arrived, removed the flashing, and installed new flashing. Of their own accord they decided the garage roof’s vent ridge could be done better, so they removed it and installed a completely new one. We are beyond pleased with the work done and the fact that Alam B. Roofing truly stands behind the work they do. Their warranty work was performed at no cost to us. I am very satisfied with my Alam B experience.We recently had a roof leak. We contacted Alam B and somebody came right out. Their representative went up on the roof, assessed the issue as related to the ridge vent and scheduled a date for the repair to be performed.On the scheduled day the team showed up and replaced the ridge vent leaving no evidence they had been there except for the fact the roof no longer leaks.I would recommend Alam B to anybody that needs roof work done on their home.

Jason gave a professional, fair and, reasonable estimate. He took photographs of my shingles to show me areas of concern and wasn't pushy.The crew was excellent and clean-up was done w/perfection! I've had the 2 neighbors on either side of me get their roof replaced and I spent weeks cleaning up the debris that fell onto my property. Alam B Roofing left no trace on or around my, nor my neighbors homes. I will be calling these guys back for gutter replacement and other outside projects.

Alam and his team quickly responded to my concern about a leak from the roof through the garage ceiling. He diagnosed it, made a quick temporary fix while he and I contacted my insurance company. He works well with home insurers--and the actual roof repair and garage drywall repair was excellent and thorough including clean-up when the job was done. He is very interested in customer satisfaction, and made sure all was inspected before finishing the job. I recommend him for repairs and a new roof if needed.

I cannot say enough good things about Alam B! As first time homeowners with no experience, we were understandably nervous about replacing our roof. They helped us feel comfortable about the whole process, explained everything they were going to do (and why!). The quote was on par with average costs for our area. On the day of, they showed up when they said they would and got right to work. The clean up was immaculate and they checked in to make sure we were satisfied--a very very positive experience. So much so that when we had wind damage to the back edge of our new roof and back gutter, we would not consider anyone else to fix it! I like to consider any challenges, too, when I leave a review. Anything of note was minor and fixed immediately. All in all, a smooth process and our roof is beautiful!

Great pricing, and the guys do a fantastic job.They work hard all day, and are mindful of your property.During our roof replacement we were all thrown a curve ball. It was discovered while removing the old roof that with the house being so old ( built in 1890 ) we needed the entire roof covered in plywood before it could be singled.They went and got 45 sheets and still completely finished the job that day working untill 730 at night.Highly recommend them.

Mike did not show up on time on day of estimate. I called one half hour later and the receptionist(?) Put me on hold then came back and said Mike was having car trouble that he would be there at 1:00( original time was 11:00). The receptionist did apologize and Mike called and apologized also. We showed him areas of our concern for the roof. When he was done looking around he knocked on door and said he does not get up on roofs anymore. In short he said he would email an estimate on Friday((today) (he came out to the house on Tuesday. Then he said on Monday he would do a follow up call.)) We never saw an email of estimate and we gave him til end of business closing. Plus he had 3 days to make an estimate. I would of rather he just told us to our faces that he did not want to do our roof. I sent him an email saying he does not have to send an estimate and I let him know we did not want him to waste his time. He just emailed me. Saying ok, thanjs.

Their staff came out to do an estimate, explained the work, priced the job fairly, and were in completely communication with me about progress and payment the entire time.
