This is not an insan's this is a corporation. I had to talk to three different people to schedule an appointment and God forbid they meet with one of the owners of the house not all of them. It is beyond ridiculous how long it takes to schedule a bloody appointment to have them come and do an estimate on the house. If the consult for the free estimate is as long and tedious and annoying as a process to making the appointment there is a good chance that this is not going to happen I will go with somebody else.
