The process from initial contact, estimate, and job completion was made easy by Ed. He outlined exactly what had to be done, in great detail, to repair the roof including setting realistic expectations for when the job would be completed. John and his crew were prompt and came to the house with a friendly demeanor, completing the job with no signs of roof debris around the house. Eddie did an awesome job with our roof. Our roof was not old (10 years) but some skylight / flashing problems led to substantial rot under the shingles. Eddie replaced a section of the roof and multiple skylights. It was a pretty significant job. His team was super neat, the roof and skylights came out looking great, and (most importantly) the new roofing and skylights have been flawless after high winds and some nasty rainstorms. Coale will be our choice for future roofing needs, and we will be suggesting them to family and friends.

Great customer service. They did an exceptional job with their workmanship and the cleanup was amazing. I have dogs so nails being left around was a concern. Ed ensured me that they would double roll my yard with a magnetic roller. It’s been a little over a month since my roof was replaced and I haven’t found a nail. Ed walked me through the shingle selection and gave me his professional option on what shingle color to choose. Went with his decision and couldn’t be happier. Like he told me it will completely change the aesthetics of my home and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend working with both Ed and his crew. TOP NOTCH.

They did our roof in March 2017, after storms on Tuesday we had a minor issue. Some flashing had pulled away from the stucco causing a small leak on our back porch. I called since it is still under warranty. Ed Coale called me back and they fixed the issue today. They are very responsive and stand behind what they promise. They were recommended by a friend of ours back in 2017 and glad we chose them to do our roof.

Coale Roofing recently replaced my roof and I couldn't be happier. They were recommended by a family member who had them replace his roof and siding. I saw the quality of the work they did at his house and knew I couldn't go wrong with having them replace my roof. The price was very competitive and fair, and the communication was excellent.On the day of the job, I was greeted by John, the foreman, who was very friendly and explained everything they were going to do. His workers were professional and very efficient. They arrived at 7:00 AM and had the roof completed by 3:00 PM. They did a good job of cleaning up the area from the many nails that had been removed. When they were finished, John showed me an itemized bill along with pictures from the roof with the few boards that had to be replaced. I would hire these guys to do anything at my house. I did hire them to replace my roof, install ventilation, install gutter systems and replace siding on my house. Professional sums up the whole experience. They treated my house as if it were their own. They even took care of permitting so I didn’t have to worry about it. Communications was great. If they had any questions or problems they made sure to let me know and take care of everything. Took pictures to show me all the damage and how it looked after they fixed it. Ed and his brother John are ,in my opinion, the best roofers, siders, window installers, in the area and would recommend them to any one who needs anything on the outside of their house done. I’ve lived in Delco all my life and never once heard a bad thing about their work. From when they did my Parents roof back in 2008 till now. ABSOLUTELY the best Roofing company in the Delco area period..Ed saved me a ton of money...After inspecting my roof Ed from Coale roofing provided pictures of the problems he had found on my roof and explained in great detail exactly what needed to be done to correct them.Looking out for me Ed then suggested I contact my Homeowners Insurance before moving forward.He felt my damages would probably be covered ...I had no idea and had never thought of that..Sure enough Ed was correct my damage was covered and this turned out to save my family alot of money..When I had the work done the guys showed up on time everyday and did a fantastic job on my roof and gutters..The work was top notch..They also did an outstanding job protecting my home and landscaping while working..When the work was finished they cleaned everything up leaving my yard ilooking better then when they started..I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing work done.
