I contacted Kusich construction regarding a kitchen/morning room remodeling job. Goerge Kusich, and one of his sons Cole came to my home. They were very professional and took into consideration all that we wanted to accomplish and offered great suggestions. Following that meeting, I received a detailed email with the scope of the project and a estimate of cost. They quoted me a time frame to begin, and actually begun the project one week sooner than expected, which was greatly appreciated.When they began the project, they built a dust barrier and covered all surfaces with plastic, so as not to cause a mess or leave any debris. They were meticulous on a daily basis to vacuum the work area and remove my house from any construction debris or equipment. We were able to utilize our kitchen throughout the entire process with no inconvenience to my family.His workers are very professional, skilled in their craft, dependable, reliable, and trustworthy. These are the nicest group of construction guys I have ever met who go out of their way to make their client happy. His workers even let my dog out to go to the bathroom and contacted me to locate his treats .Throughout the process, my wife and I changed our mind several times and added a few changes to the construction job. They were receptive to the changes, offered suggestions, and completed all tasks with excellent workmanship. Their time frame estimated to complete the scope of the project was exact.When it came time for me to receive the final bill, it was exactly as expected with no hidden costs. Kusich construction also worked with me with the payment so that It worked best for my finances. GS Kusich Construction responded promptly to access the damage after a storm ripped shingles off my roof. Due to the high winds that day, repairs were scheduled for the following day. I also selected GS Kusich Construction to do the shingle replacement. Throughout the process, Cole, Project Manager and Cindy, Office Manager were very curtesy, professional and a pleasure to work with. I contacted G.S. Kusich over a month ago to get some quotes on some work. Originally i was told the next week some one would contact me. The Cindy in the office called and said it would be a couple weeks. I still have never heard from them and when I called Cindy had no Idea what I was referring too. The said thing is I talked to the foreman on one of their job sites to work this all out and get the office number. Then I spoke the owners son who is my brand new neighbor.

Kusich Construction did a great job on our roof. My husband is a “neat freak” and they did a good job of keeping the job site clean. They had good equipment and very nice employees. After they had left the job site, my husband was painting the wood near the gutters, when he spilled some white paint on the new shingles. Within an hour they were back to replace the marked shingles. It was a five star day for Kusich Construction. Would highly recommend them.

George and his son came out on Easter weekend when my roof was leaking into my kitchen. He ordered the supplies and a new smaller window and his crew got to work. The contract stipulated there would be no interior work done concerning the window. However, when I came home, the trim had been recut to fit the new window, a patch had been made to cover the hole in the wall and even my blinds and curtain rod were rehung. I have had other contractors take advantage and leave work incomplete. G S Kusich construction went above and beyond what was expected. I am very grateful.
