I reached out on a Friday evening via email to Advanced Disaster Recovery regarding asbestos abatement. I received an email back that same evening stating someone would reach out to me Monday to discuss. Monday morning, i received a phone call from Justin. I spoke with him and told him i needed to discuss the deposit/pricing with my husband and told him I would call back as soon as I did that. I called back that same day, within a few hours to let him know my husband and I would like to proceed with their company, another gentleman answered the phone, (I want to say Jason but cannot be sure) and stated Justin was on the phone but he would pass my message on and have him call me. I never heard back. It's been 2 weeks and not one phone call or follow up - as a matter of fact, I went with another company and the abatement has already been completed. I'm giving 2 stars as Justin was very nice and otherwise, it wouldbe a 1 start from me.

After having a lot of interior and exterior damages to my home following a neighborhood explosion, Service1st to the rescue! The entire staff worked with me and my insurance company to identify all the damages and quickly process my estimate, working closely with the insurance adjuster. Repairs were completed in a timely and very meticulous fashion. Josh did such an amazing job and showed such attention to detail, completing the work in just over a week. This is the call you never want to make but if you have a plumbing leak or other emergency, this is the company to call especially if you have Erie Insurance (they work directly with Erie). They came out on a Friday night immediately after I came home to a flooded bathroom and first floor. Their team worked quickly to remove flooring and cut drywall to prevent mold. They came back on Saturday to continue the work and set up all the heavy duty fans and dehumidifiers. They continued to come back and check wall moisture for a couple days. All of the staff were wonderful, helpful and courteous. Call Service 1st in an emergency and they will take care of everything.Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

They did a great job cleaning up the mess from our hot water heater deciding to leak on us. Removed the furniture and stuff that was damaged as well as cutting out the drywall that had been soaked. Cleaned up the mold that had started growing and left equipment to both dehumidify and remove any possible mod spores floating in the air. Service 1st and their entire team were excellent. We had our refrigerator water fill stick on and fill our kitchen with water. We have hardwood on our first floor and new if we had to replace some of it, we'd probably have to replace all of it. Service 1st responded immediately and developed a plan to extract moisture out of the home and hardwood specifically. The end product came out terrific and it was because of their responsiveness and professionalism of knowing their options that saved us. They also worked very well with our insurance provider. My husband and I had discovered a roof leak over our bedroom, we called service 1st to come and give us an estimate which, they worked with our schedule to make sure they came out and gave us an estimate in a very timely manner. We had reached out to multiple other companies who were too busy or never responded. So we obviously went with Service 1st. The job ended up being more that what we had thought, but they did a wonderful job in communicating and helping us through the whole process, of cutting a 4x4' hole in our ceiling, removing the insulation, drying out the beams then putting it all back together. They also went above that and made sure our roof would not leak again by replacing it and checking on it before they closed out the job. This experience has been wonderful, I highly recommend this company for any restoration and remodeling needs. They clearly care about your home, your belonging and you. After discovering a leak with my dishwasher that had been going on for quite some time I called Service1st. The water damage was extensive with black mold on the surrounding cabinets and even more damage from water running down the wall to my lower level. After consulting with Service1st and discovering that they not only do water remediation but also remodeling, the decision was made to tear everything out and rebuild the kitchen. Janet came first to survey the damage and then Ethan and his team came the next day to help dry out the basement. We had a major water leak in our kitchen and called Service 1st to come and look at the problem. They arrived within two hours, determined the problem and were back the next morning to start the work of replacing the broken pipe. They took all the cabinets out, the counter top off, all the flooring was removed and had fans in the kitchen and basement to dry up the water. They worked with our insurance company and handled all the paper work necessary to start our claim. Their team was very professional, friendly, expert at what they did and at the end of each day they showed us what they had done and informed us what would be done the next day. Not having a kitchen for several weeks was not fun but the work they did was excellent. I hope I never have to go through this again but if we do, Service 1st is the 1st place we will call. I highly recommend this company if you have problems.

Service1st did an excellent job with everything from providing a timely and reliable quote to executing the cleanup of both my house and its contents. They even cleaned EVERY ITEM in my house from furniture down to my mechanical pen set that was affected by fire and soot. In addition they also packed those items up and took them to their cleaning facilities to avoid too many folks in my house during a very tumultuous after-fire situation. Our experience with Service 1st was 5 star. We experienced a sewage issue in our main bathroom and Service 1st was on site within an hour. After cutting through some walls, they cleaned everything up and made our bathroom livable while we awaited remodeling. The bathroom is now beautiful and most important functioning. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and friendly, and very responsive to all our many questions and concerns.
