Stephen showed up on time and was very professional in all aspects of his time at the house. He quickly made friends with my two dogs, then got down to work on our two furnaces, A/C units in and out, and water heaters. He addressed several coupling issues and corrected them with no problem. He worked quickly and efficiently, and explained his progress and findings as he worked through each system. It was a pleasure to meet him!

It took a long time from the phone call to when the service showed up 2 months, but when they arrived they were pleasant informed, and helpful. Unfortunately, they were not able to work on my wood/oil boiler for reasons beyond capability.I would call them again (with advanced lead time notice) to work on something that was part of their wheelhouse.

On the hottest day of the year so far, there’s little that is pleasant when you get home at almost 5pm and your A/C is down. From the gal that answered the phone initially, every contact I had with a member of the team was warm and accommodating. A tech, Cliff, was to my house and air restored within 2-3 hours of my initial call. Definitely recommend HB McClure and their premier service package to anyone!

Our hot water tank finally needed replacing after 20+ years of service. This company was quick to respond and replace it the very next day. We've used this company for years for all of our home HVAC needs whether it's for simple annual maintenance or emergency related issues, they've been reliable and fair pricing every time. We had Jacob come for our annual maintenance on our water heater, AC, and heating systems. He arrived early, worked quickly and quietly and finished ahead of time. He explained what he worked on made sure I had no questions and was clean and efficient. People like him, great service and pricing is why we have used them and bought our new system from them. Verne and Rob replaced a water and sewer line on my property. They arrived on time, faced challenges and worked long into several evenings until the job was done. They communicated very well with me and "wrapped" things up each evening so that the site was safe. I even had water usage most of the time that they were working on the lines. They did a good job putting my excavated yard back together, even replanting a tree that they had to dig out. I was very happy with the work! Also, they were accommodating, friendly and nice to work with.

Requested estimate for a new heat pump. Was able to have a Salesmen out in less than a week. After looking over our current system there were 5 heat pump options shown and the differences explained. Jake answered all my questions and welcomed me to call with any others I may have.

Nicholas was great, very helpful and made sure I fully understood the current condition of the heating system which is very old and inefficient, the needed repairs, and his recommendations for replacement. Matt Lavelle, was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. I asked him several questions and he answered them all and gave recommendations. I appreciate his honesty and hard work. I would highly recommend HB Home Services Team. We had an ongoing issue with our water heater not operating properly. We placed a service call and he was dispatched out to my address, Matt informed us whoever installed our water tank installed the wrong type. They installed a Propane water heater when it should have been a natural gas water heater. He advised us to contact the builder since the tank was only three years old and explain what had happened. After speaking with the builder. HB Home Service Team was able to install the correct Water Heater the same day. I want to say thank you so much too the team that come out to help assist Matt with the installation. Jared Espenshade, Christopher Leppo and Dwight Wolfe. I paid over $900 to have a toilet replaced I thought this quote this was a much more comprehensive job, Perhaps involving a few guys in Breaking floor etc.Shocked at the pricing here, The toilet was about 250 and it only took about 45 minutes!My wife was told this was much more comprehensive so I had authorized the charge later expecting to work to be a lot more complex.Extremely overpriced would not recommend!
