If you want to get your job done do yourself a favor and call Vince. My building got a makeover from top to bottom for a great price! New roof, gutters, soffit, siding, PVC, and fascia.My project was a special case and Independent Construction wasn’t intimidated by it. Vince was real easy to work with and super knowledgeable. He assessed my building’s exterior condition and dimensions, walked me through the process of my job, explained my options, and made it happen. He assured me my job would get done in a timely fashion and it did. I honestly don’t think there is a job too challenging for this family business. The moment I saw them using levels to level the siding I knew I hired a top notch company. Anthony was great to work with, too. He saw the job through professionally and made sure I was happy throughout the process. I’m grateful I had a chance to do business with them and will be a repeat customer.100% recommend.

We called at least 10 different contractors and structural engineers to help with an exterior wall that was bowing outwards. It was a BIG job that nobody else wanted to touch, even though we understood some diagnostic work would be required before discovering the full problem. But we felt unsafe, knowing that we had a serious structural issue on our hands.Vince and his crew came out super fast to take a look. They set appropriate expectations and started. As it turns out, our house was held together by toothpicks 😂😫 the entire wall had to be reinforced to be made up to code. We also had no collar ties in our ceiling, so the ceiling also had to be dismantled and collar ties installed.Vince’s crew worked diligently to get this huge job done as quickly as possible. It took a total of 9 days - and they explained what issues were found immediately upon discovery and made sure we were okay with the scope of work being done.Now we have a newly reinforced wall and ceiling that look great (hey, no more popcorn ceiling!) AND the added benefit of not worrying about our house collapsing on our heads 😂THANK YOU VINCE AND ALLIE AND CREW for all of your help! Vince and Allie were a pleasure to work with. From day one they were always available to answer our questions and even came to our house more than once to go over everything before they started. We hired Independent Construction to reside our house (thanks to the stinking woodpeckers that were destroying our cedar siding 😩) we also added stone and vinyl shakes. Vince and the crew were always on time, professional, and hard working. It was a pleasure working with Vinny and Ali and Independent Construction. Not only were they completely professional, but they actually listened to our concerns, cared about what we were looking for, and made every effort to make our wants and needs a reality. Their workers were professional, polite and conscientious. Our issues with the roof, gutters and skylights were fixed perfectly, it all looks fantastic!! Since the day we moved in to the house we had leaks in the skylights and roof every time it rained and The gutters didn’t drain properly. The night Independent Construction finished our job it rained, pretty hard. It’s rained a couple of times since they finished and not one leak!!! We have never been happier. The yard, deck and surrounding areas were cleaned up beautifully after they were done, not a nail was left around. Had them come out after my deck had been damaged from a storm. They could of taken me for a good amount instead Vince said “I can just fix this.” Where other contractors had come out and the number was in the thousands. They showed up the next day were here for 2 hours minimal bill and it looks like new. Great company.

Used Independent to build a custom composite deck on my new construction home. The owner was very straight forward which might be off putting to some people, however I felt it was very refreshing to know exactly what I was dealing with as far as price, materials, and details without worrying about being nickle, and dimed throughout the construction process. I have dealt with dozens of contractors over the last three years, and the owner was the only person that answered his phone EVERY SINGLE TIME I called. I am a very particular person, and they took the time to answer my questions even though to them they might have been trivial, or repetitive, they never made it feel that way.The guys were great. very polite, and hard working. shout out to Edwin ! The owner showed up, gave an estimate, and had a group of crew members working on the job within an hour! They completed shutters for 4 windows. Within a half hour of completion, the owner called us to make sure we were satisfied. That's what I call best in class customer service.Their prices, quality, and friendly attitude combined make them a 5 star business. Will absolutely hire them again for additional work.

We hired Independent Construction (IC) to address necessary exterior home repairs after storm damage. The owners Vince and Alexandra were highly-responsive and accessible from the first day we called them.- IC owners provided us with assistance selecting vendors and types of materials to suit our wishes.- IC owners provided us estimates as soon as our selections were completed.- IC began our repair project as soon as the materials ordered were received.- The team arrived promptly and consistently on a daily basis. On one particular day the weather caused them to stop work early, so they arrived earlier than normal the next day to make up time. IC even manned the project on a Saturday (normally an off day) to expedite the completion of the work prior to a holiday.- Owners and Crew were polite, friendly, helpful and members put in a full day of work each day- We never had trouble reaching the owners when needed.
