From the initial sales presentation by Matthew Hill, who was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and helpful, to the daily oversight and communication provided by the Project Manager, Joe Roberts.Every aspect of our new roof and gutter installation was handled with precision and professionalism. We are especially pleased with the air intake and ridge vent system our home desperately needed to keep the roof cool, avoid condensation build-up, and prevent heat and moisture damage in the future.The planning and execution of the project were flawless, and even when an unforeseen issue arose due to the deteriorating condition of our roof panels, Joe Roberts communicated the problem and solution transparently. Despite the additional work required, everything was completed on time.Throughout the project the Green Star contractors worked with a high degree of professionalism, diligence, and cleanliness, leaving our property clean upon completion. Green Star Exteriors sold and installed my roof, gutters and 5 windows. I was able to set up an appointment with them within 24 hours. The sales person was timely, professional and efficient in our time together. They were not pushy like other estimates I received! The demonstrations made me feel confident I was making the right choice in the company and products. On the install days, they were clean in their work and approachable with questions. I have no regrets in my choice to go with Green Star and will be working with them in the future.

Couldn’t be happier with my new windows from Green Star! The process was super easy and I was able to get my windows installed earlier than I thought. My salesman, Matt, was great - he was informative and never pushy. Don from the team was always available and prompt at answering any questions I had. Lastly, the installation guys, Gene and Gene (father and son) were amazing! They were so friendly, helpful, and did such a beautiful job at my house. I’m very happy I went with this company and will 100% use them in the future!

Green Star installed my new roof in a day, fast and quick service. Both Tony & Joe were great communicators in making sure garbage was removed, their guys were efficient w/ installation and no debris left behind. The transformation from old to new roof was cool and my kids enjoyed seeing that as well.

Our sliding door was getting a little tough to open and close, not bad , just slower. I called up on a Tuesday and Tony P. showed up on Friday at his scheduled time. He replaced the two wheels at the bottom of the door and it now works to perfection! Thanks so much to your speed at which this job was done, replacing the hardware that needed to be replaced, and doing it in a timely , professional manner! Well done , Tony P. and Green Star!!

Dont bother calling unless your doing at least 4 windows or planning to spend at least $4,500. I had a smaller job that I needed done. When I called I told them I was looking to have a couple windows replaced. When the guy came out to do my estimate he said he could not help me unless I did a minimum of 4 windows or I needed to spend a minimum of $4,500 in order for them to take the job. I wish they would of just told me that on the phone. I guess he figured he could change my mind when he got here. He was nice but I was just annoyed that my time was waisted.

I'm so pleased with my windows. Had major issues opening and closing my previous windows and major heat coming thru my daughter's room, due to the sun rising directly in them. The guys came out and totally handled business ; IN THE RAIN !! I appreciate everyone that was involved in the process. Great windows. Great price. Nice employees. Couldn't ask for more.

Hired green star to install new windows at my house.Everything looks amazing, you can tell these windows are very good quality. The team installed 16 windows in one day, and left everything looking flawless. Eric was awesome along the way, giving us all the details and benefits of these windows. Most of all these were very competitively priced. Highly recommend!!

This company was through BJ’s for roofing. One salesman came out gave me an estimate. Two days later they called and I spoke with a manager. The said they are having lots of complaints cause the pricing are too high and wants to come and fix the issue. This manager Nicholas Donovan, I find him to be very unprofessional. He was getting upset because I wouldn’t accept his offer. Because I said I wanted to get other quotes. After he started badmouthing other companies, said thanks for coming and he left. Definitely will not use Greenstar for any work at my home. Plus their quote is three times higher than most of the other companies. At the end the price was higher. Hope BJ’s sees my post.

If you are looking for a quality and professional company, look no further! My wife and I recently had 21 windows replaced and are thrilled with how easy the entire process was from start to finish. The installers arrived at 8:00am and worked incredibly efficiently throughout the day until about 3:00 when the project was completed. Will and his team took the time to explain what they were doing each step of the way and were very detail oriented with their work. The communication from Greenstar throughout the entire project was exceptional. Big shout out to Nate and Don for their efforts coordinating the project. The windows look very clean and are a wonderful upgrade to our home. I am looking forward to showing them off to family and friends during the holiday season!TL;DR My wife left for work and when she got home we had an entire house of new windows. We are already noticing how much warmer our home is and couldn't be happier with the entire process!

Frank is a Curteous and Customer Friendly person. We all have problems with mobility, my Mom is 95; Frank was very respectful to all of us and took his time to explain processes He is knowledgeable and explained everything you need to know about roofs, especially for 2023He went through the whole process and compared prices of other roofing companies and what they would doFrank did a thorough inspection of the inside in the attic and the outside, explaining and showing us pictures of what it looked like. Pointed out the issuesFrank was helpful to put a note for the project manager to make repairs for our damage to the ceiling

I have never been so upset with a company that has the audacity to come to my home continuously ring my bell, and it’s on my ring camera stating” we will ring the bell and wait here until they answer the door” The salesman was Richard. How dare you come to my home on a Saturday and be so incredibly rude! I would never and be sure to tell all my neighbors as I’ve have done my experience and give any business to this company! When I called the company I was told they are hired independently and not our employees just hired to get appointments for them. Terrible way to do business!!!! Lost many potential customers today!

We got windows through them years ago and they recently came back to honor a warranty issue with one of the windows. The only thing I didn’t like about them was the initial salesman process. When they come to your home they basically give you an ultimatum where if you don’t say yes that day they won’t be able to honor the “discounted” price. I would rather take a few days and different quotes when I’m paying $10-15k for something but otherwise the whole process was fine.

Salesman that came out very nice. I went to them because it was a bj's company.Price a complete joke. Siding est 23, 000 over three other estimates i had gotten.Window est 7000.00 for 1 window, i got two other window est for the same window at 1300.00.You decide!

The gentleman who came out to make an appointment was very friendly and helpful. The problem came when they called to confirm my appointment. I have never been asked prior to having my appointment what my credit score is. I find that very unprofessional and rude. I never once said I was financing nor did we even have a conversation about financing. How about lets have a consult first before discussing my credit score. Needless to say I canceled my appointment and will not be consulting with this company EVER!!!

Phil was wonderful! He was very thorough and showed me all the issues with my roof. He spent a lot of time explaining all the issues starting in the front of my home and then the back of the house. He went into my attic and pointed out more issues and where water was coming in. I had no idea the roof was leaking. Phil is kind, honest and trustworthy. Thanks for your time today, Phil.

My new windows that I bought 7 years ago reduced my heating and air conditioning bills significantly. I had the seal break on one of my windows leading to condensation between the panes. I called and a technician came out right away and I will have my new window in 2 to 3 weeks!

We have received a few quotes already for a bow window so we knew what we wanted and had a good idea of a reasonable price range. When Green Star visited us (Frank), I was impressed with the warranty, that they have a service team in place lead by someone with 9 years experience, that they have a special install team for bay/bow windows, and that their price was competitive with independent contractors. Since this is a bow window I wanted to be confident about capability of the install team and Frank’s professionalism gave me the assurance that I was looking for

I'm sure the product is good and the work is fine. What they need to work on is the salesmanship. Once my salesman found out I wasn't going to hand over a check that day his whole attitude changed. I said you know how this works? People get estimates and then compare and then make a decision. But what convinced me to pass is when he said "I've been called many things but I've never been called back" Bye bye buddy. Also my new rule never set anything up with someone going door to door for sales. If your so good you don't need to do that. Also beware of the old I'm doin one for your neighbor down the street. Never saw a truck 2 weeks later.Oh and when I asked for an estimate he wrote it on a 2x3 business card! Really

Bottom line up front, I highly recommend Green Star Exteriors if you need a roof replacement. This was an extremely positive experience for me. It started with an initial visit with Rocky who presented their product, explained the roofing system that they would install, and provided me with what I think was a pretty reasonable price. Next I was contacted with their financial guy five days later who was professional and efficient, followed by a site visit by Chris to verify and finalize details to complete the job. Very shortly thereafter I received a call from a scheduler who was able to get my roof on the calendar really early due to a cancellation. The time from my initial visit with Rocky to the final walkthrough inspection with Chris was TWO WEEKS!!The crew of installers was excellent. They completed the job in one day, and cleaned up incredibly well. I expected damage to shrubbery and some debris left around the house, but these guys were really great. There was some extremely minor damage to a few small plants, but the yard around the house actually looks better now that before they arrived!!Finally, the new roof looks great. Coupled with a 50 year warranty, this couldn't have been a better choice. I'll never have to worry about the roof again in my lifetime.

The Greenstar team that installed the new siding and doors worked wonders on our 50+ year-old home. High quality work that displayed their skill, craftsmanship, and perseverance. Not an easy job and they did it masterfully (in some very cold weather). I highly recommend this company.

They left nails all over our yard and in the gutters. My husband has tried to reach out multiple times and they won’t call back. Finance called and said that “it’s not our department” and refused to direct us to someone who could. The roof doesn’t look right there’s bubbles. No one has come out to inspect.I wouldn’t even give it a star if it was possible.UpdateIt took the next morning for them to call after this review was posted and then asking my husband to have my review removed while they fixed the issues. I will say they did have someone come out and fix issues and clean up then did a walk through with my husband.Services: Roof repair, Roof installation
