Reached out with an exact home model in mind, 2acres of cleared land in posession, and a construction loan application already in the works with the bank. We were ready to get a contract & build. So we requested a quote from them, as well someone to come see our land to quote us on preparation cost. Was told "We'll have a quote for you in about 2 weeks, and we'll have someone call to set up a land review" After calling 4 times to check in on the quote, it is now 9+ weeks later & we never got a response in any form (no quote, no call, no land visit). If you don't want our business politely say "we arent interested in building your home". We wasted valueable time waiting for this company, when they could've politely declined our business. Ghosting a potential customer is unnecessary no matter how busy you are. I would never recommend this company since they lack communication skills & professionalism.

I have been working with A & B Homes for a few months now. My experience with them has been phenomenal. From the first conversation with Rosann, I knew they were the builder for our family. They are very transparent & easy to work with. Unlike other modular companies we had received quotes from, we got solid prices on every aspect of our build. I was amazed when I received the price, and found that it included the set and trim of our home. Which other modular companies charge an extra $25,000-$30,000 for! Another bonus was that they were able to give me an immediate price per 2ft to add length to our home. Compared to others who “had to get back to us”. I can’t say enough good things about this company. At my first meeting with Rosann, I brought her this very amateur drawing of my vision. Based off one of their model homes that we fell in love with. She had a plan printed in less than 24 hours. The best part, it wasn’t the plan I drew. IT WAS BETTER! The master bedroom & bathroom she designed, was far more functional. I LOVED it even more than any sketch I drew up. As a young female, I found a lot of other builders didn’t take me serious.. I’m sure they get a lot of “window shoppers”. I never got that feeling with A&B. They’ve treated me with respect from day 1. Due to my husband working full time, I handle every aspect of the build on my own. Rosann is very helpful in answering any questions I have (and I generally call her every day).. she has truly made this process a breeze for us. I have recommended them to all of my friends in the market for a new home.. I will also update my review when our home arrives with photos. Do not buy a house from A&B! This house has cracks all over it inside and outside. Only 1 year old. They told us this was normal! Very poor workmanship.Rosann said they would take care of it and nobody ever got back to us.
