Thievery, OEM part removed and kept/discarded without communication to owner. They replaced my FJ cruiser windshield. Didn’t tell me they would not be able to re- attach trim which is attached to vehicle, not the actual windshield. They took off the original factory trim and put a piece of garbage aftermarket part on. I realized 2 years later when the junk flew off. Guy at desk told me I was being irrational when I said they either “stole the part or junked it.”I asked them where my part was if it isn’t on vehicle. The part from Toyota is over $300. He told me the old windshield isn’t on vehicle either. Also told me FJ Cruisers aren’t popular anymore. I told them they’re supposed to be professionals. They aren’t. Loud mouth with snide comments. Buyer beware. These guys are CLOWNS. -Paul Dauria

They did an amazing job! I called around and Mesko offered the best price by far. They came to my house to replace my windshield. They arrived and left within 20 minutes, and the windshield looks fabulous! I definitely recommend this place and will be returning in the future, if ever needed. Awesome experience!

Very disorganized, not happy with my service. I don’t ever want to use them again. Had 3 windows replaced, 2 done, one completely scratched inside with swirl marks and deep scratch marks. The last one, they broke trying the first time, had to wait longer for ordered glass was told when it would be complete, guess what came to pick it up and still wasn’t done. They need to do better! And the price Jeeze Louise!!

Used for a glass door repair. No show the first two times they were supposed to come measure. Finally came and measured.. day the glass comes in they call to see if they can install it-great right? No. Awkward, unfriendly, rushed, shotty job to repair/replace the glass. Scuff marks and caulk left all over the door and knob, dent in in the panel next to it. I can still see bits of broken glass/wood through the new panes. I guess it was amateur hour. I’d call and complain but seeing how they left this job-why bother? Clearly a business that takes no pride in their work, won’t recommend or use for any future jobs.

I have a beautiful wood dining room table That was being covered and hidden with a table cloth because I did not want to ruin the wood. Went to Mesko Glass on Tuesday with the measurements and a traced outline and they said it should be ready no later than Friday. Got a call the next morning that it was ready. The price was excellent, they were very quick, the quality was excellent, and I now can appreciate and use my dining room table with the beautifully made glass they made/cut/polished. Highly recommend. Will certainly use them again.

I called and told them my window was broken. I was told they only come out to my area certain times of the month. They would check and call me back. They never called me back. I called them back about 1 and a half weeks later and I was told they will note I called again. I then called Dirlam's and asked if they knew of anyone who could fix my window. They gave me a few names, I called one of them, the guy came out and measured the window, ordered the glass and fixed it. Mesko called me back after I called Dirlams and said the guys just came in and they would go out to your place. I politely said no thanks, I contacted someone else. Unbelievable. How do people stay in business.

He came, destroyed my car. 2 wholes and a crack om my car window. After that he tried running but I caught up to him. He was yelling and saying "I did not do anything, I did not touch your car, leave me alone. Than he left me with a damaged car. I'm calling the Business bureau. This is like a nightmare.

Our windshield shattered. We called them to get it fixed and they said they had to order the windshield and they made us an appointment for the day after it was to arrive (a week later). We go to get our windshield repaired (after driving it around for a week) and they said they never booked our appointment and then told us to come back in a couple of hours. An hour later we received a voice mail and they said they never ordered the windshield!! Our ONLY working vehicle! So NOW we have to wait ANOTHER week and drive around with a shattered windshield and risk tickets AND our lives because they couldn't be professional and order the windshield when they had told us they did! EXTREMELY unhappy and definitely DO NOT recommend!!! Very VERY poor business ethics!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called Mesko Glass to have a shower door installed. Mark Mesko came to our home July 22nd to take measurements. He looked at the opening for a few minutes and said, “Well, I’m not sure what to do here. I think you need a threshold or something. I’m going to have one of my professionals come here to look at it.”I'm not sure why he came in the first place if he needed a pro, but I agreed to it and waited.Two weeks went by and I heard nothing. So, I drove to their Honesdale location to ask. The secretary apologized, took down my information, and said she would have Mark call me as soon as he returned.Three weeks after that, on August 27th, I called again because I still heard nothing. When I got him on the phone I said, “I’m really disappointed in this lack of communication. I’ve been waiting for over a month and I feel like you really dropped the ball.”He said, “Well, it’s really tough these days, you know?…”I said, “No, I don’t know.”He said, “Nick, what are we doing here. I don’t know what you want from me.”I decided to just keep using a shower curtain.

We had basement replacement windows installed last fall, the installer, broke several items of mine, didn't clean up after himself (still finding saw dust). Then we have 3 windows that either were not installed correctly or made incorrectly, during the very cold weather in December, all 3 windows leaked to the point of ice on the inside of the windows, so when it did warm up, the trim work was wet. I started calling on 12/29/17, was brushed off because that was the Friday before the holiday weekend and had to call every couple of weeks to get something done. As of today (2/11/18) still no phone calls, no one out to replace, apologize for their terrible customer service. Wanted to use local, won't anymore.

The worst customer service ever. I ordered a window replacement which they measured incorrectly. It took 4 days to arrive incorrectly. They remeasured and reordered it. It took more than 10 days the second time. The worst thing is the indifference of the desk staff. Not one apology, or special handling effort due to the fact that they made the mistakes.

If anyone is looking to have any installation at their home or business come see what a jacked up job mesko glass did on my doors at Rolly’s Pizza & Grill in Lakeville before I have another company come fix what mesko glass installed.This started over a year ago. I met with Gary ordered a new set of beautiful commercial glass doors that would come installed.... for $3,000$. One month, two months, over three months it took for the doors to be installed. Once the doors were in I knew I’d made the wrong decision choosing this company. Call after call after call about the doors. The weather stripping falls out between the doors. When it’s put back in it leaves more than a 1/4” gap between the doors-great for the draft and reason I got new doors. The installers have come out a couple times never a permanent fix. Last time they were here they needed to replace a gasket that had to be ordered and that was the last I’ve heard of them, 8 months ago. So like I said if you’re considering using mesko glass stop by Rolly’s Pizza & Grill in Lakeville and I’ll show you their lack of craftsmanship.

KEEP AN EYE ON THE WORKERS AT ALL TIMES THEY'RE THEIVES!! Had a window replaced in my home. Worker went into my personal garage and took my vaccuum to clean up HIS MESS! BROKE IT! REFUSED TO REPLACE IT! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND IM OUT $300.
