They made the process of buying my first boat super easy, with no hidden fees. Super friendly and informative.After picking up the boat, the trailer tire went flat due to a nail I picked up on the road. They sent out their mechanics to change the tire, at no cost. Amazing customer service and overall great experience. 10/10 will be returning for future purchases/services. Cannot recommend them enough!

Unfortunately, I got the run around about pricing, delivery costs and in most cases, they did not return my phone calls.Jessica at Seaman's made the boat buying experience a breeze. Had a EZ dock delivered by Seaman's Marine recently. The crew of 3 did a great job installing and explaining the maintenance and operation of various components. They also removed my old dock and hauled it away. Kudos to Seaman’s Marine and their excellent staff!

We had a great experience. Everything about this Marina is top notch. There was no BS, Our Salesperson, Christine was great. No pressure and full of information. Tiffany helped us with financing and again a complete pleasure. Every step of the process was terrific. Including an outstanding price for our pontoon. Seaman's should be highly considered if you are in the market for a purchase.

My husband and I went there looking for a boat. There were 2 employees. The young lady who welcomed us was very polite but she couldn't help us because her knowledge was limited. However, she promptly asked the guy who handles the boat sales and information to find out if he was available to what he said yes. Well after about 20 minutes waiting, he was still on his phone not paying any mind to us, just chatting away on his phone. He didn't bother in apologize for the delay which I considered rude since he had said he was avoiding. We left and went somewhere else where we were treated a hundred times better and made the purchase. Their loss, the other place gain.

Great Service, set up, and sales. I live several hours from Seaman's Marine but that didn't stop Paul from assisting me as if I was right down the street. He had all the answers to my questions and even sent pictures and took measurements for me. The staff was flexible and very accommodating. From Christine who assisted with the sale to Steve "the boat mechanics expert", I was treated like I was a customer that new the whole crew and had bought from them for years! The boat was used but presented in perfect condition with no secrets. Steve went over every single detail of the boat for me.Well worth the trip! You can trust Seaman's Marine. You are treated like you are a friend that goes fishing with them every weekend!

I honestly cant say enough good things about this place. One of the best, if not the best, big purchase buying experiences I have ever had. Chris and Amy are the most polite, helpful and courteous people I have ever done business with. And on top of it all, Amy helped me out saving a ton of money with my auto insurance on top of boat purchase. And the guys out in the yard, took their time answering all of my questions and helped go over my new boat down to every single detail. Never felt pressured or rushed. Just too happy with how great of a business they run. You don't find people like them anymore these days, just all around TOP NOTCH!! Only place I will ever go for anything boat related ever again. Incredibly disappointed with the customer service, or lack there of at this dealer. Went 2 days ago ready to buy a Jon boat... cash in hand. Paul (no customer service skills whatsoever) told me they had the title, but they didnt. They'd have it the next morning, and they didn't. Then it was overnighted to get there today. I called to speak with him and he was unbelievably rude and sarcastic on the phone. I flat out asked "so, you don't want my business then?" And his answer was no.Done. Never again will I step foot near this place and you'd be wise to do the same. The most unprofessional, unorganized, and downright ignorant people there. Do not recommend!!I'll be taking my business/money elsewhere; somewhere it's appreciated!

Purchased a boat here from out of state, mostly over email. With the help of Christine, I chose a boat and accessories, and purchased it! They sent me all the title and paperwork needed to register it with my state. Christine was very knowledgeable and got me exactly what I was looking for. They have large stock of boats and accessories, will order in anything they can that is needed, installed everything, had it on the trailer and ready to go when I got there. Christine greeted me in the showroom, walked me out to introduce me to Steve who had installed everything and he proceeded to walk me through everything on the boat and all accessories, how to use everything, etc... I can't say enough good things about this place! Thank you so much!

Buying a new product from here you will be just fine however don't ever get service done. Bought a boat here and had a few questions so the set me up with the lead tech Bill who is a jerk. He did not know anything and when I told him a few things about the research I did he had no clue but argued with me. Then I had a fish finder done and Bill said he would not put my boat inside or cover it during a night where terrible thunderstorms and a tornado hit. He lied to me about being unable to use my current Ram mount for my new fish finder then charged me $150 more for the install than quoted. Next time I had a part go bad and he said there is no way to test it without fancy tools so I looked it up in 5 min and tested it with a cheap multimeter at home. After that I had him replace the part which he charged $100 more than any website sold it for, blew up the new part due to lack of knowledge, care and research. He then told me he did nothing wrong and had no way to test or troubleshoot anything. Bill is when ignorance, lack of care, lake of knowledge and laziness meets Asshole.
