Mostly unprofessional staff, they don't want to be bothered with any questions. Rarely you'll be able to find somebody that is willing to help. Haven't seen masonry sand for a long time, recently they were able to get Portland cement. On the bright side there is some nice views from a parking lot.

A challenge for the big box stores is providing good service to large # of customers . So when I receive it , I have to call it out . Thank you to Tim in providing great assistance on my phone call for hot water heater . Thank you to gentleman working the plumbing dept this past Saturday for helping me find every elbow fitting and reducer etc that I needed ( about 10 different fitting in different areas) , and a huge thank you to Ms. Debbie . She helped me check out and also signed up for the HD card which saved me some serious Bucks all while making me feel like I was an important customer . The whole store buzzing with customers , and to provide that level of consistent customer service , sets this HD apart from any other I have been to . Thank you !

What's up with the self checkout having the worker take over when you don't need help and then they screw up everything and then lie and say you're all good. What's the point of self checkout? Completely worthless like the employees.

It's a Home Depot, but the parking lot is so dirty and ghetto that it makes me wonder if there aren't other issues inside that I haven't seen. I only interacted with one employer, but she was nice. So, it's an okay store if there aren't any other choices but not my first choice.

I can’t be the only one who thinks this Home Depot is the most ghetto one in the entire area. The people at the service desk are extremely unpleasant and unwilling to help. every time I’ve ever placed a pick up order either waited in the parking lot for an HOUR while they “find” my order, and every time I’ve placed a pick up order for the service desk, they don’t have my stuff. bruh i’m shopping at walmart from now on😂

The only home depot I have ever been to that keeps the contractor pick up on lock down. Who's the idiot who decides to fill it with carts, instead of using it for it's intended purpose. Staff here sucks too, very unhelpful. Time is money. They figured out the best ways to waste contractor's time. They should all take a class trip to another home depot to see how much they sucks compared to other one's

Home depot has a lot of merchandise, but they don't carry everything. You have to pay attention when you're on any website.Because most things and specialty items have to be ordered.

Probably the worst staff I ever met. 4 staff in customer service and only one paying attention to the customer. One was even rude to my brother in law. A bunch of money with them, but probably the last time they will see a dime from me. If you don’t want to be in customer service find another job.

This review is specifically for Darien Gennaro, millwork specialist at the Honesdale, PA location. My husband and I took my mother there to purchase a screen door. Darien could not have been more knowledgeable and professional. He was able to provide us with all of the answers to our questions and we purchased the perfect door for the home.I highly recommend seeking out Darien when you need to make a purchase in his department.

It would have been 5 stars but I found someone brought their pet in the store. I have a service dog and the per dogs that come in the store always try to go after my WORKING dog. Wish the staff would be more proactive about keeping pets out of the store.Otherwise I always find anything I need there for my apartment.

Tonight, and not for the first time, they have incorrectly picked my order. I called and order 2 boxes of screws...gave sku#'s and details. That was it. Not hard! It's only one aisle!! I had a friend stop and pick it up since it's 8pm. Didn't want to have to run out for 2 boxes of screws. Well, had to run out anyway because they screwed up and picked me the WRONG box of screws. Substituted 4 1/2" screws for the 6" I ordered. How? Why??? They need a new training program for the order pickers I think. Seriously! It's not that hard. It even says 6" on the order detail!! That's an hour out of my evening spent retrieving screws that should have been right the first time. Disappointed!

Upon entering the store we were greeted by a nice young man named Stephen. After that it went down hill. We got what we need and which was a set of sheet pins. Customer service was about 10 feet from us and they had no customers and there were 2-4 associates behind the counter talking and joking around. I asked if I could check out there. The lady laughed at my wife and I and pointed to the returns sign. She was very very rude. We went to self checkout purchased the item then asked for a manager. Was told they would be right up. 20 minutes later and nothing. We told Lynn that we would talk to them another day and told her what happened. At that point we were told that it is a brand new world and they do online orders now. So they must be to busy to provide customer service. We explained that they were doing nothing and had the lady just said that they are not allowed to check people out anymore then that would have been different. However I told her it was not the first time it has happened. After checking 3 other people out in front of me I was told it is for returns only. This Home Depot is terrible.

Ok it’s December so the holiday gifts and decor are in full swing here. I have picked up a few really nice things at this store. I was looking for a new rug for our cabin getaway and wanted a cabin motif. They had a beautiful one for a great price on the table of area rugs. They had a few options and I actually had to make a choice!!! I also needed motion night lights that were outlet as well as battery. There was a nice selection. Check out the sale sections as well they had everything from tiles, curtain rods, flooring and more.

It is great to go to a fully stocked home improvement store. To be on the safe side, it is better to look online first.. To make sure items are in that stores stock.

I have shopped at home depot for years. But this occasion was exceptional. I purchased a trailer and I must say that they went over and above and above to make the sale convenient and enjoyable.. Great staff at the customer service desk

When picking up an order at this Home Depot make sure you double check you have everything. They shorted me two very expensive items and calling them will get you passed from one person to the next. Received emails my entire order was in and ready to pick up but the store told me one item was back ordered and some other non-sense. I called back asked for the manager, my product was found quickly in the store. It had been put in stock NOT with the rest of my order. Badly short staffed, this store was really gone downhill. The positive is that most of the men working there are friendly and try to be helpful. Just check your order and don’t take their work that it is in the box - make them open the box and show you! Happen twice to me and many times to both my contractors.

We had very bad experience with this home depot. We paid for our counter top in full on june 26 .November 1 they still did not finish the project. Warranty on this is 1 year from the time you pay.5 month past half of the Warranty gone. We still did not have our counter top done.. no Metter how many times I called a ask for help from different peoples over there. Nothing happened. We dispute the charges . What was very surprised they told my bank they finished everything.Bad 👎

Do not order appliances from Home Depot. I ordered new washer and dryer, the truck showed up with one driver, he refused unload and left. The lady from Home Depot on the phone was a waste of time since all she did was to repeat what ever the driver said and offered a re-schedule. once again a Day of work lost thanks to home depot incompetency.

The paint staff was extremely unhelpful. It seemed like by me being there I was a bother to the employee watching his videos. He obviously doesn’t care about the customers. I’ve been at the paint desk one other time and the lady was just as disrespectful. All I want is to buy some paint but they make me feel guilty for not knowing my way around the paint store. I’m sorry I don’t know the difference between the finishes. You would think the employee would help me out, instead they talk down on me for not knowing exactly what I’m looking for. 0 out of 10 would never recommend the paint section to anyone. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

They don’t honor their own or corporates “no pets” policy that is clearly posted on the door. It’s rather annoying having to be on guard when I enter with my service dog because an off leash pet may be charging us again. This is an accident waiting to happen. I wouldn’t even care if it was well behaved pets. The issue is that they are aggressive and out of control and staff won’t do anything about it.

Garbage. Unhelpful staff. Called ahead to get 100 boxes of flooring. They said ok it will be waiting for you when you get here. I got there they don have it. They "ran out". Like what I just called. Had two boxes left. Didn't have the base for the pain I needed. Like what kind of home depot. I have never had this much trouble before. Get your game together.
