We had put off replacing our 28 year old roof for quite sometime when Dream Home Roofers happen to call us just at the right time. Brian Kelly came out the very next day, and he was a very nice, professional and knowledgeable sales person who really knew his stuff. He gave us several payment options and worked within our budget. They scheduled the roof replacement for the following week. They showed up on time, worked diligently, cleaned up after themselves and had our roof done in approximately half a day. The roof looks fantastic! We highly recommend this company for roof replacement.

The presentation by sales Rep. was very informative, he was professional and friendly. The labor crew arrived promptly they placed covers over the edges of the house to protect plants and windows from falling debris. They work in unisons.. work was completed in one day as promised. They did a great job. Would recommend without any hesitation.

The roofing materials they used were like no other I ever heard described. I am waiting for more rain to see how the gutters work. So far so good. They did finish in a day. The clean up was ok. They had a dumpster in front and they moved it on the 15th. There was a piece of plywood left outside the dumpster and it was left on the side of my house. Someone was supposed to come get it, it’s still in my driveway where my daughter and I moved it to. That was the only downside to all of this. Otherwise satisfied.

We had a consultation for a new roof today with Brian Kelly and we were blown away by his level of service, kindness, and care with us throughout the whole process. We knew we needed a new roof and we were overwhelmed with thinking about what that would entail, but Brian walked us through every step, answered all of our questions, and made us feel confident in our decisions. He was so incredibly helpful and made a big financial decision seem less scary, plus...our dog loved him too. 10/10 recommend Brian Kelley for president (but seriously, let him help you w/ your roofing needs)!

We had a great experience with Dream Home. Melissa was able to give us 18 months with no payments or interest. The roof and gutters were installed by the end of the week, great company, we are very happy with the clean up also. They left the yard spotless. I am impressed.

Rating: 4.5 - Only minor things that did not impact the work or quality - Would RecommendDream Home Roofers did a great job with the complete replacement of my roof.Details:InspectionThe roof inspector was professional, courteous, and easy to talk to about the roof. He took his time and wasn't annoyed by my long list of questions - at least not visibly, lol.- Inspection was free- Inspector showed up on time- Started with a drone inspection, attic inspection, asked about leaks and if any work has been done recently and then looked at the areas. Seemed very thorough.- Took photos of any interior damage/risks and made a comprehensive report (using whatever system Dream Home has) and provided the report and explained it to me right at the initial visit.- Explained in layman's terms what was going on.- Had physical examples of what my roof was made of currently, if there were any code violations, and what should be done.- Told me many times basically - if you don't want to go with Dream Home, we can easily take a no as a yes, no pressure, but here is the information and things that you should look out for when trying to find a roofer because work does need to be done due to the failing state of your roof.Prior to Contract:In the past, I've been burned by a roofing company so I was very hesitant and questioning of the whole process. Honestly, I was probably annoying, hopefully not rude. Everyone at Dream Home Roofers were understanding, kind, and answered all of my questions with care and accuracy. When one person didn't have the answer, she immediately put the person who did on the phone. There as no back and forth or needing to chase down the information.Contract:Due to my previous experience with a different company (work was never done), I requested additional language be added into the contract. They confirmed with the representative that I was talking to quickly and allowed him to enter it into the contract.- Financing options- Discounts for certain things - sign in yard for X number of business days, google review (they didn't ask for this level of detail, I just want people to know the entire experience), allowing photos of house and roof to be used for promotional items/marketing.Work:My house is roughly 2250 sqft, my roof is steep in some places, there's a weird balcony... its not that its overly complicated but its a 120 year old home so its "quirky". The whole roof was completed in a day! A group of 8 or so people came out to my house around 7am and left around 7pm, so a solid 12 hour day for these guys.- Dream Home took care of all permits needed- Materials and dumpster were delivered the day prior to the work (the dumpster company called like I requested 25 minutes prior to arrival so I could move my car from the space I was saving for it for street parking)- Workers arrived at 7am left around 7pm- Crew cleaned up around my house thoroughly. I was nervous about this since I have toddlers who like to play in the yard. I didn't want them to find a popped nail while playing. We've been out a few times since the roof has been done and there's nothing out there.- Dumpster was picked up 2 days after work was done (as expected and communicated to me prior to work)Follow Up:- Dream Home rep followed up with me to see if I was happy with the work.- This is where I dropped half a star, I was told I would need to sign off on a customer satisfaction report and then the loan would be triggered and Dream Home would get the money. I didn't get a report but I did get a call so its not like I wasn't contacted it just wasn't what I was expecting.- No yard sign was put out which was part of the deal for the discount. I'm not upset about this of course, but I don't want to not hold up my end of the deal.- Financing/Loan company has already reached out to me to explain the details of the loan (which were shared via email before work started). Obviously, this isn't work that Dream Home has done but this is the financial partner that they work with who is also detailed and prompt.

Some boards had to be replaced and I was going to have to hire a painter after the roofers were done. I had some extra paint and the Dream Home roofers agreed to use it and paint the board. When they were done with the roof I was pleased with the way they cleaned up my yard.
