Reynolds Restoration was a lifesaver for this 80-year-old who had been vacuuming water from flooded basement for 3 days and was emotional and out of steam. Ed and team came in, assessed the situation, explained what and how they would take over with their large water vac, dehumidifier and several fans. They were very professional, effective and so caring. I am sure we will be using Reynolds Restoration services several times while we wait another month for our scheduled basement repair. Reynolds Restoration did an exemplary job due to dishwasher malfunction that flooded my dining room. Mr. Matthew walked me through the process and he was there with patience during the entire process. He had all the carpet removed, and replaced it with luxury vinyl tile (which is really what I wanted). The kitchen cabinets (from 1968) were removed and were replaced with a more modern look. They were very respectful of my items, while they packed my kitchen, living room, and bedroom. Mr. Gene came out (twice) and cleaned and polishes all my stainless steel appliances. Everyone (all the staff/workers) was polite, friendly, and punctual. All this work was completed in 4 days. Mary, Steve and Edwin worked on water damage restoration at our home and we had a wonderful experience with them. They were very responsive from the start, accommodating with scheduling, friendly and knowledgeable. They kept us in the loop and explained what all they were doing along the way. They also made sure to close off certain areas of the home for us to make the repairs as non-disruptive as possible, which we especially appreciate given we have a newborn. Exceptional. Reached out to Reynolds after some water damage from storms earlier in the year. I was concerned that as a residential job they might not be able to fit me in or prioritize me - but honestly it was 5* service from the very first interactions with Tayler and Patrick thru the work completed by Gene and his team. I had some personal time constraints and urgency to get the work done and they were so accommodating. They were also more keen on absolute perfection in their work than I was. To top it off they worked really well with insurance. We had severe water and insect damage to our porch enclosure on our house. Reynolds provided me with a quick quote that was reasonable, I contracted with Shaun Ostrich, and three weeks later the entire side of the enclosed porch was torn down and replaced expertly. The job,frankly, is better than the original construction. Their people were courteous, on time, very clean and real professionals. Gene who was one of their Carpenters really was quite a worker and expert dealing with this kind of re-build. Solid and Very professional. RR was referred by my insurance provider when I had water damage. The first crew did a good job but there were some finish issues with the drywall (they also said they’d put floor protection down but ended up not doing that so had to do some additional clean up after they left). After a roof leak that destroyed our ceiling, our insurance company recommended Reynolds to repair the ceiling and repaint the bedroom. The entire process took over 3 months. The inspection, the contract, and finally the repairs all were long and drawn out. I had to call multiple times to schedule a service date.My biggest complaint is the quality of work, however. The crew that repaired the ceiling left dried sparkling on the baseboards and carpet. There are seems in the ceiling where it is obvious they rushed and did not put the dry wall up properly. The work is shoddy and does not appear to be done by a professional service.I would not recommend their services for repair work.Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

The mitigation folks arrived quickly and went to work setting fans, heaters, and dehumidifiers. They quickly removed the contaminated portions of our fan cave and checked daily on thr progress of the project. Special shout out to Ed D. for his knowledge and humor. We are on the road to restoration because of Reynolds. Hopefully the restoration, once we identify a contractor, will move smoothly as well.

Reynolds Restoration is a very responsive company that understood the importance of setting up a site assessment for each our buildings and being ready in an emergency situation. It was our most recent event that had two of our buildings were severely flooded during a hurricane event that came along with two tornados. We again looked to Reynolds to help get us through this difficulty event. Using their proactive approach, they had floor plans, power and water locations, and contacts in place before they even drove up to the building. When they arrived we discussed a plan in which we both felt comfortable with and they attacked. In a flood situation, the removal of water damaged debris and drying the space out as soon as possible is priority one. This rapid response gave us a solid start in putting our building back together and getting our tenants back to work. 10 months later I am still dealing with incomplete work and a refusal to refund money for items removed from the project due to errors on Reynolds Restorations part. The reason I was given today is I'm not out of pocket anything except my deductible. Unfortunately this is not true, I now have to pay to have 5 speakers reinstalled that I removed from the change order due to them not doing it when they said they would and my weariness from many other issues. I asked twice for the contact information to whomever was in charge and was told by Shawn the Vice President in an email that he was the one in charge which after reading multiple reviews I've come to find out Anthony is the President. The mold removal took 3 attempts before it was cleared by the insurance company to proceed. The paneling we were told to choose from after 2 seperate attempts and having to completely tear it out twice and the project foremans promise of reminding a subcractor of quality the Vice President Shawn came out and offered me 2 different options. My belongings they left in my previously finished basement were never covered which they allowed sawdust and tools to completely cover and scratch a brand new wine fridge, furniture and a surround sound system. One of their vans for whatever reason got stuck in my yard to which they did repair. I am completely frustrated that Shawn has basically called me a liar on multiple occasions when his own staff said things and were overheard saying things by myself and other members of my family and instead would say were past that now. They were supposed to be completely done the last week of February but had to come back out last week to put a small piece of carpet in and paint and repair some spackle on the steps to which they still managed to miss a spot. I've never posted a review before but after being refused contact information after everything else I was at my breaking point. From start to finish completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

There was a water pipe break in our high rise that affected units on almost 15 floors! Ed and his crew were on site within 2 hours even though the break occured at 4 pm. By 7:30 he had fans and dehumidifiers running in our unit which greatly limited the damage to our unit. Ed returned several times to check on progress. This company is extremely unethical. The apartment I was living in caught on fire and I had to leave immediately with no belongings. I returned several days later with the inspectors from my renters insurance, prior to having moved my things out of the home, and Reynold's Restoration was already there gutting the place. They threw away perfectly good furniture and computer equipment, and stole other furniture which they took away on their truck. They reassured me it was a miscommunication and they would store my things until I could come retrieve them. The foreman of the team even gave me his email and then emailed me an incomplete list of things they had taken. I was in shock when all of this was going on, so I let them go. Later I tried to call and email to no response, other than someone telling me they didn't take anything even though I had written proof from the foreman. They have refused to take my or my insurance company's phone calls or return my things. Even worse, I had to dig through trash bags of building materials that they left on the property in order to recover some sentimental photos and personal effects including the title to my car that they had just thrown away with the building debris! I know this may have been a miscommunication from my landlord's insurance company, but the way they have conducted themselves in the aftermath speaks volumes. Never, ever use this company. I will also be filing a complaint with the PA attorney general.
