This company is amazing! Very clean and respectful of your property. Roof looks great. We had strong winds and some downpours right after installation with no issues. There was a rip in the fascia that I wasn't sure if it was there before installation or not. Jonathan, whom I believe is the owner, took a look at the before photos and saw that it was previously damaged, but they came by and replaced the damaged section anyway!!! And dropped off a homemade shoofly pie!! Nothing but good things to say. Highly recommend!!!!

Couldn’t be happier with the work. Leon, Victor, and Sammy never skipped a beat. They were extremely timely which I appreciated. Great communication from Leon. My project wasn’t your normal run of the mill and Leon was great about keeping me in the loop and giving me options with design issues that arose during the project. After being in my house about 19 years I had a decent amount of damage from a wind storm which unfortunately I needed to have my entire roof replaced. Being this was the first time I ever had to look into this problem but I'm so glad I took the time to do my research and after talking to a couple other companies I called Fishers. They replied quickly and came out to give me an estimate right away. The price was very fair and that's who I decided to go with. I couldn't of made a better decision. These guys were incredible. They jumped right on the project and moved fast. They were professional, polite and clean. Plus these guys finished my roof and my adjoining neighbors along with the porch roof in one day with top quality work and clean up. I would recommend Fishers to anyone that needs a new roof with a 10 star rating. Thank you Fishers for an outstanding quality job with a great price. I couldn't be more pleased with this company. So do yourself a huge favor and call these guys if you want fast quality work that won't bankrupt your pockets and I'm a hard customer to please and very picky but in this case I'm 1000 percent pleased with zero complaints. Again, great job guys.

Who else gets a Shoo Fly pie as a thank you gift from their roofer? I did, and shared it with my neighbor who got Fisher's Roofing & Siding to give them a quote. I had an ice damn this past Winter and Fisher's cleaned up the insulation in the attic, applied drip edge, flashing etc as needed and shingles with a Lifetime Warranty. The roofers were exceptionally tidy and polite - I am very VERY pleased. And the price was perfect for my budget. I have a roof leak over my sons bedroom which has left him unable to use his room for approx 3 weeks. I contacted Fisher to try and get someone to come out and look at the roof and was told they could come out Thursday, then maybe Wednesday. Wednesday didn’t work out and now they can’t come Thursday either. It feels like pulling teeth trying to get this looked at and resolved, I’m not sure how many parents would be happy that they can’t give their child their room back because of a roof leak and had to move everything out of it, and would want to keep waiting weeks on end for a MAYBE they’ll come out. There’s poor communication back and forth and, since I work, I had someone at my house waiting on them to MAYBE show up! It seems while they may be busy which I can certainly understand and appreciate, they are terrible at communicating and commitments to actually helping resolve your needs. Absolutely do not recommend, if they can’t even bother to give a timely response and commit to coming out, they can’t do the job, just my experience with this company.UPDATE****So they came out (after my mother decided to go out of her way on her own to contact them) and took a look at it, realized what needed to be done and it was a simple fix. Came back the next day and completed the work. Overall at this point the only frustration I had was that I couldn’t get them to come out by contacting them myself, which is a little discouraging since I was going back and forth with a gentleman there. As for the work it looks good and seems as if they know their stuff. Waiting in rainfall to determine if the leak is gone. Updated rating for their service but still leaving a star off due to the contacting issues.Service: Roof repair

They came out the next day to provide an estimate and answered all my questions. The next week they came out and did my roof in one day. The crew was very polite and cleaned up perfectly. I did not find any nails or parts of the old roof in my yard after. It has been a few months with a lot of wind and rain and the new roof has not had any issues. The pricing was also a little lower then the other quotes I got and they used higher quality materials. Very happy overall.

I needed to have a skylight replaced and through recommendation was introduced to Fishers. Having someone to come out for an estimate was quick and easy, but trying to set an appointment date proved to be difficult. When a date was finally arranged, not only were the workers a no-show in their time frame, it was an hour after that they had called to say they weren’t coming. The following day wasn’t much better as they were late to they’re appointment window by over an hour. In terms of billing, I hadn’t received a bill when the job was completed so I was under the impression one would be mailed. Instead I had waited close to a month before a Fishers worker appeared at my front door unannounced with a bill in hand looking for immediate payment. Although the quality of the work was quite good, I don’t feel the way the company handles it’s customer relations would let me recommend Fishers to anyone in the future.

When it was nearing time for a new roof some 7 - 8 years ago, Jonathan showed up as scheduled, gave a quote, we bought in, they showed up on schedule and knocked the job in out in two and a half days. Not that I know anything about roofing but it looks to have been a quality job, the crew was hardworking and polite... the invoice was presented at the end of the job and we paid in full... about $17k (big roof). 8 years on we had a leak coming from the chimney area and suspecting the flashing called Jonathan for all of the obvious reasons. He didn't return several of those calls nor did his brother, whose voicemail one gets if you hit line #2... one for quotes, one for service. Persistence prevailed, Jonathan returned my call, I reminded that in addition to my job I'd sold at least 10 other roofing jobs for him (no, I'm not in that business... just being nice) which he remembered and scheduled me for a visit some 2 weeks out, promising it'd be a late Friday afternoon visit. That Tuesday I'd called about possibly bumping the visit to Thursday; no reply, called again Wednesday; no reply, called again Thursday; no reply, called late Friday (5:30pm) to inquire as to just how late he meant by "late Friday" ... this time actually getting him live and in person... "oh, sorry Peter, I totally forgot!" WHAT??? Having left messages Tues/Wed/Thurs and he forgot??? But, he deferred to visiting the following week on either Wednesday or Thursday... he'd call Monday to establish the exact day. That would've been 6 days ago now and I still haven't heard from him. I called another fellow who was here just 2 hrs later and made the repair. Pity loyal customers have not value anymore. I'd of given him 5 stars 8 years ago; today I can only offer 1 star, I really hate when people are inconsiderate of my time.

They came out and did my parents roof. They are both in there 80 s. 4 leaks in the roof. They keep saying there coming. Don't show up. It's ruining there plaster. There hard wood floors. I don't think much of JonathanService: Roof installation
