My parent's neighbors were all getting new roofs, so they assumed they needed a new roof too, especially considering that their roof was about 20 years old.I called Michael on behalf of my mother. He promptly returned my call and came by the house later that day.After inspecting the roof, he concluded that the roof was in pretty good condition and didn't need replacing. He fixed a leak, and also helped our neighbor identify the cause of her leak.My mother appreciated how "nice and honest" Michael was. He really put her at ease and recommended only what needed to be done.We would highly recommend Michael and Shingle Express!
